REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING, ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES INCL DAILY MAINT OF ELECTRICAL COMPLAINTS AT SHASHITHAR AND SALYARCHATTA UNDER GE AF JAMMU

Attending complaints for checking of existing electrical points wiring in any Buildings for continuity ,no light including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the item functional and replacing burnt wire ends, small pieces of wire, tightning of loose connections etc all as specified. Note - Contractor has to deploy Qualified Electrician and Helper with all necessary tools on all days to the complaint cell and complaints will be attended on the same day itself. Recovery for non attending complaints will be three times rate quoted by the Contractor. Note : a) Contractor shall provide his Electician and Helper along with necesary tools to rectify defects from 0830 to 1700 Hrs on all days incl holiday & sunday b) S&F of elevant items in Sch items will not be considered in this job. c) The contractor shall depute ITI holder electrician & skiilled helper to attend complaits, with proper uniform as finalised by Engr-in-Charge, with name tag.

Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power)complete including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, regulators, sockets, light fittings, wooden terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover, including taking down of DB’s, meter board any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
