Material and labour Racking out existing filling of any material in expansion, construction and dummy joints of width exceeding 08 mm but not exceeding 12 mm and required depth as specified through special tools like concrete cutter, wire/ coir brushes/ machines and old PU joints taking out old filling material and backup rod without using hammer or chisel and clean inner wall using circular mechanical blades and joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, making free from all the loose material i.e. dirt, dust, grease existing sealing compound, filler board/ back rods circular or square (as required), including sticked material of existing compound racked upto full depth (up to 45mm) of joints etc to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and filling the joint with polyurethane joint sealant compound using filling gun with depth of joint sealing compound not less than 10 mm (depth minimum above the backup rod) with minimum performance guarantee of 10 years and minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) + 30% confirming to the requirements of BS-5212 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ water resistance test including two coats of primer and filling the balance racked depth of joint with backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable size HD 100 filter board in position where required and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to the sealant and remove the masking tape after sealant in applied as required complete as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before but for joint width 20 mm and not exceeding 25 mm.

Material and labour repair to top out spelled joints, broken corners and crack surfaces in concrete slab by chiselling/ mechanical cutter to provide regular prismatic cavity with sides perpendicular and cleaning off all loose or broken materials to a distance exceeding 50 m and not exceeding 500 metre. Clean the surface portion with compressed air (Electric blower) properly and application of surface treatment with elastomeric concrete as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour repair to pot holes depth and girth upto 25mm in concrete slab. Cleaning the potholes with electric blower to remove the dust particles and applying primer properly and leave 30 minutes for settle down and fill with elastomeric concrete/ epoxy as per manufacturer instructions and compacted with tools, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour to top out spelled joints, broken corners in concrete slab by chiselling/ mechanical cutter to provide regular prismatic cavity with sides perpendicular of appropriate shapes (square/ rectangular/ triangle) and cleaning off all loose or broken materials to a distance exceeding 50 m and not exceeding 100 m. Clean the surface with compressed air (Electric blower) properly and application of surface treatment with Epoxy as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Cleaning and washing DTGM board and removal of old sticker (digit/ letter) and replaced with new red colour retro reflective tapes. Width and height of digit/ letters as specified in sketch No. 2 sheet 1/1, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour repair and replacement of transparent Perspex sheets of thickness 3mm to 4mm of signage boards with rubber beading, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour repair and replacement of transparent Perspex sheets of thickness 1mm thick inner side acrylic sheets of signage boards with rubber beading compete as per sketch No. 1 sheet 1/1 and 2/2, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour replacement of reflective sticker number/ letter/ digit/ sign from the signage boards as specified in sketch No. 1 sheet of 1/1 and 2/2, complete all as specified and as directed.
