Taking down chowkats or frames but n exc 1.5 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame)

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame)

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sq.m each

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for frame of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium grill with and including suitable aluminium anodised frame F/H section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 100 mm centre to centre, as directed by Engr- in- charge.

S&F 4mm thick selected quality sheet glass for aluminium windows/shutters etc glazing with oil putty and rubber gasket in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane etc all as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass froasted or obscured one side and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in swuare area n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete.

S&F Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples
