Repair & general maintenance of DG Sets of any make and model of the following capacities which include replacement of worn out spares part such as fuel filter,oil filter,lubricanting oil houses,V belt, oil pipe ,fuel pipe, water pump cut out and tightening of nut bolts, washers etc of following DG set :- Note : For serial item no 1 Spares parts required shall be measured and paid separately under respective itms of Schedule. The labour & fixing charges are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

(b) 62.5 KVA/50KVA/30KVA

Dismantling and opening of Engine of DG set of any capacity i.e engine heads complete, pistons, liners etc for inspection and repair at site Note : The spare parts shall be measure and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule

Dismantling and removing fuel injection pump from DG sets for repairs including recalibration and replacment of necessary spares parts such as delivery valves, plunger, O ring , springs etc and refixing, testing complete all as specified of the follwing capacity

(b) 62.5 KVA/50KVA/30KVA

Dismantling and taking down radiator assembly from engine of any capacity of repairs including descaling, bracing as necessitated to plug leakages, M&L for transporting of the radiator of capacity upto 100 KVA and repair/maintenance to the rediator fins with the help of cleaning coil solution and cleaning to the radiator complete and repair to the leakage places by means of gas welding and including initial filling up coolant and re fixing after repairs including replacement of worn out nut bolts washers etc and testing complete all as directed

S & F in replacement of maintenance free battery 12 V, 180 AH all as specified and as directed. Make: Exide/ Amron/ TATA

S & F in replacement of maintenance free battery 12 V, 150 AH all as specified and as directed. Make: Exide/ Amron/ TATA

M&L for flame proof asbestos rope of specified dia wrapped around the exhaust pipe in replacement complete all as directed

M&L to Repair self starter with replacement of carbon brushes, pinion, rewinding of starter and rotor winding ,replacement of defective bents etc to make the starter fully serviceable and testing for DG Set any make any size complete all as specified.

Dismantling the alternator assembly of DG set of capacity up to 100 KVA from the foundation after disconnecting the electric connection,carrying the same to workshop,dismantling of alternator and taking down worn out windings of rotor field coils and excitor coils,rewinding the stator,rotor and excitor gauge,replacement of insulation material,heat varnishing provision of connecting leads and terminal plates etc to make the alternator fully serviceable, reassembling the alternator shifting back to the installation ,assembling the same with engine making electric connections,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning oil fuel tank of DG sets of any make and capacity including replacement of fuel level indicating tube and markings all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted surface of Diesel Tank of DG Set outer surface old painted or rusted surface by scraping and painting with spray painting of grey colour synthetic enamel paint over two coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for battery terminal of brass suitable 12V, 180AH Battery all as specified and as directed.

S&F Battery charger with variable voltage for 12V,180AH battry all as specified and as directed

M&L for battery lead copper conductor 25 Sqmm multi stranded PVC insulated with suitable terminals at both ends all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replaced fuel flexible pipe, heavy duty with check nuts for DG set of any make/capacity

S&F Rubber mat of 1Mtr x 2Mtr x19mm ISI marked all as specified and as directed

Supply and installation of perforated MS cable tray including horizontal and vertical bends and other accessories including painting of size 350x50x2mm all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for plate earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 25mm x 4mm strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all surrounded by adequete quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, earth strip encased in 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe, including providing watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of the earth pit to the top of the electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B - O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, earth work and RCC cover Complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate number 3 of SSR part -1, incl taking down all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and not exc. 1.5 meters deep for laying PVC under ground cable and CI/GI pipe line any type of soil, getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and directed by Engr –in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for well burnt Sub class 'B' bricks for localfor UG cable protection laid in across the cable above the sand cushioning complete all as directed abd specified.

Material and labour for sand filling in trenches using clear dry sand unwashed including gently punning around cables complete all as specified. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Labour for attending of any breakdown of standby supply in any location ,whenever required round the clock ,rectify the fault and restore the standby supply within three hour after receipt of complaint of any nature i.e. Engine, alternator,control panel,AMF panel etc . Note -(i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measured seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in three hour the penality of Rs 500 / per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock.

M&L for to carry out repairs to 12/24Volt dynamo by replacement of carbon brush, electronic regulator / rectifier, bearings reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of galvanised iron GI strip 25x4 mm.

M&L for fabrication (welding work ) of DG set at various pump house for arresting leakges on oil tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F change over switch 200 Amps 415 V, 4 wall mounting panel with handle manual type with all electrical connections including removing existing unservicable change over switch Make Havells/L&T or equivalent all as specified and as directed

S&F change over switch 400 Amps 415 V, 4 wall mounting panel with handle manual type with all electrical connections including removing existing unservicable change over switch Make Havells/L&T or equivalent all as specified and as directed

An amount of Rs 31910.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
