Maintenance of three year old plantation at Karadigudda Sy.No. 69/B of Arepalya Village of Kollegal Buffer Range during 2026-27 under Eco Budget

The contractor should attach an experience certificate from the Deputy Conservator of Forests or above that he has undertaken similar afforestation works in the past for at least two (2) years including raising and maintenance of plantation along with sapling cultivation. (Similar work along with plantation works shall be done through tender (Prime contractor) for a minimum amount of 50% of the tender amount with a work confirmation letter attached) The work should be executed through Tender called by Eprocurement/Karnataka Public Procurement portal.

Audited balance sheet for last three financial years (i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) with copies of Income Tax returns & balance sheet statement filed.

Liquid assets and / or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rupees (usually 30% of the amount of contract/estimate cost) for work costing. (Credit lines/letter of credit certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Financial Turnover capability for the year 2024-25 & 2025-26. They should be achieved in at least two financial years, a minimum annual financial turnover i.e., usually not less than two times the estimated amount under the contract.

GST Registration Certificate and returns filed for the year 2025-26

ESI Certificate, Labour Certificate, EPF Certificate

Forest Contractor Registration Certificate in O/o Deputy Conservator of Forests Malai Mahadeshwara Wildlife Division, Kollegal/any other division for the year 2026-27
