Overhauling and servicing of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR of any make at different locations at DMRL/ATC/RCMA, testing the unit complete with the following tasks:- (a) Overhauling & servicing (b) Inspection opening washing the condensor coil and cooling coil with chemical followed with pressurized water jet complete (c) Inspection and treatment of leakage of refrigerant in the system. (d) Checking of operation of blower motor, condensor motor and swing motor for noise free operations (e) Oiling of condensor / blower motors and checking the earth continuity (f) Inspection of all electrical parts / connections and rectification of any small defect (g) Checking of functional of electronic remote control unit to ensure satisfactory functioning of unit complete all as specified and as directed (h) Inspection and treatment of leakage water from indoor unit

All as per item 1.00 but for Window type AC of capacity 1.5 / 2.0 TR Note:- During servicing of unit, if any spares / parts are required to be replaced it shall be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned here- in - after.

Attending day to day complaints for split/window type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR and their electrical connection upto DBs installed in side of Tech area of DMRL/ATC/RCMA under GE (I) R&D K' Bagh and rectifying the defects and making machine satisfactory functional from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs ( for 08 HRS only) excluding Sunday/Holidays.

Note:- (i) Any defective part which are required to be replaced to make functional ACs shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevent items as per direction. (ii) Contractor will provide well experienced 1 No AC Mech with 1 Nos Helper for attending complaint on requirement basis (for 900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding Sundays & Holidays) in addition to man power required for execution of other routine works. Complaint has to be received from concerned JE on day to day basis (iii) All Tools & Plants required for repair work shall be provided/arranged by the contractor at his own arrangement to trade men & helpers. (iv) All complaints should be attended with in 24 hours of reporting of complaints. Panelty charges for non attending complaints with in 24 hrs shall be double the quoted rate per complaint per day.
