Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar, removeing and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) & removing rubbish out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternative as in plinth protection including finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour jointless tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for ceramic out door tiles 300mmx300mmx10mmm thick digital design set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 . Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles light shade in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick, joint less tile set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement, set in 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut in, wall lining, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing and including screed bed 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces and finish the surface fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
