Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precastconcrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendeing 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in CM 1:4 and and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over a coat of primer on new wall surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below and above ground level) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast ce- ment concrete set in cement mortar 1:4 type C1 1:3:6(20 mm graded aggregate) in win- dow or door cills, lintels,bressumers, steps,quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings.kneelers, apex stones, pier caps,columns, posts,boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling).corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including cham fers, weatherings,throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match but in landings, coverslabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas water troughs,mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, 300 mm thik jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, ,complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, unreinforced and removing the rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300 x 300 x 200mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60 mm thick,any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006,M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment laid over old existing sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thik in sub base Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth & applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise descriped over 10cm width girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
