Unhinging the hangers from its supports and fixtures of the bridges, bringing hanger assembly to a site of safe working place, dismantling/opening the unit, cleaning, greasing and reassembling, tighting each members and adjusting, reassembling the hangers, removing pipe clamp, cleaning the spot and painting the pipe where clamp is fitted with two coats of Aluminium paint including a priming coat. replacing neoprene gasket after cutting as per required size & to be fitted alongwith clamp, reinstalling the assembly unit to its original position as per site condition after touch-up with Aluminium paint wherever required. The rate including cost of transporting IOC supplied Grease from central stores and contractor supplied material like paint, primer, neoprene gasket from market to work site, cost of scaffolding tools & tackles, labour etc. complete. The work is to be carried out as per direction of site engineer/Engineer-in-charge.
