No. UIHPL job No: BG-019 Note: 1) Material specification required for load bearing nut is enclosed. 2) The Provisional drawing is enclosed, dimension are only indicative, load nut to be supplied suitable to lead screw & available load nut of drop pit table located at Diesel Loco Shed Hubli. 3) One sample to be approved before bulk supply 4) Firm can visit shed to get more clear details regarding the supply of item 5) Firm should have supplied any location in Indian railways with following condition (a) "Manufacturer/ suppliers of lifting jacks or its spares" or "Manufacturer/suppliers of Drop pit tables or its spares" (c) Firm should enclose the CRN copy of supplied details or completion certificate from gazetted officer wherever it is supplied.

Quotation should be submitted for the item tender descriptions and specifications, Drawing only. Any deviation to the specification is to be brought out clearly.

Railway reserves the right to place entire/Bulk quantity order on Proven sources for tendered item,(Manufacturer/ suppliers of lifting jacks or its spares" of Drop pit tables or its spares",) firms having performance for the same Item or similar item. Similar item means, any spare parts of parent assembly of the item. Firms to attach PO/R/note copy along with offer in support of the same. Dealers to quote with valid dealership certificate.

Firm's to quote any deviations regarding commercial or technical to be quoted at the deviation column only. Any deviations quoted / attached any where else will not be considered.

The bidders should not merely quote Entry Tax or Toll Tax etc. extra, as the rates quoted without specific rates will not be considered, and if the same becomes applicable, the same have to be borne by the suppliers. Therefore, if the bidders desire to claim such charges, they should quote specific rate of tax or duty.

The bidder confirms that Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. [Denial of this condition not recommended]

Tenderer has to mention the local content in the item clearly. GOI guidelines regarding Make in India initiative as available at 13.8.1 of tender booklet is applicable.
