Class M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement coarse sand (of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance ±1mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineerin- in- charge

Providing and fixing fixed window/Ventilator without mullion/ Transom using R3 series with frame (55 mm & above) x (45 mm & above). Height up to 2.5 metre.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge and panelling with panels of : (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 12 mm thick plain grade -1, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT - I or graded wood particle board FPT- I, IS : 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.( Ist quality (Royal, Silk) Asian/ Berger).

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing of Vertical blinds with slat width 25mm and slat thickness 2mm of size ( 6 ft x 6 ft).
