The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all clamps and other accessories as per drawing. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as an fabrication work if required. 1) 8.5 Mtr Single PCC Pole.

Work includes back filling and proper ramming. 1) 8.5 Mtr PCC Pole

Fixing, tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing, including providing & fixing of Stay Insulators of 33KV and Stay Clamps.

Installation of 11 KV X-arm on Poles with Cross Arm Holding Clamp as per specification.

Installation of Top Channel /T-off channel with clamp with nut and bolts.

Installation of Dropper angle/ Guarding angle with clamp Nut And Bolts.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Weasel conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumphering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel.

Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard L.T., 11KV Line telephone line and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire No.6SWG and G.I. wire No.8SWG, including cutting with fabrication and fixing of guarding cross arm with clamps, nut & bolts etc, as per drawing.

Chopping of branches of trees of eucalyptus, Neem, Banyan and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place.

Installation of GI Pipe of 150 mm Dia 2mm thick, 3 mtr long with Clamps Nut and Bolts.

Wrapping of barbed wire on 8.5 Mtr. PCC/ 11 Mtr. ST SP-55 Poles as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9Mtr. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75Mtr. from the ground, complete with providing and fixing of lower end & upper end clamps made of M.S. Flat 40x5mm complete with nuts & bolts.

Digging of Cable Trench of size 1050mmx750mm, for laying of 11KV, 3x120/185/300 Sq.mm. Cable, along the Road.

Safe laying of 11KV, 3x120/185/300 Sq.mm. XLPE Cable in Cable Trench to respective Double Pole.

Providing and Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 11KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench (minimum 27No. Bricks/Mtr per Cable) and Stone Slab of size 450x600x50mm on top of the each Cable, including providing & filling River Sand inside the Bricks.

Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly.

Earthing of 8.5 Mtr PCC Pole with M.S. earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S.Rod 3.0M apart from suppor and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting belowl the earth electrodes with the help of G.I.wire No. 6 SWG and earthing lugs.
