Demolition of stone/brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 1 above but pre-cast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width in type B1 (1:2:4) and setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean raidus built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No. 4 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6 hereinbefore but except stone. Note:- stone obtained from item No 1 shall be reused.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debries directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone or brick/concrete surfaces cement plaster in CM (1:4) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specfified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (with out using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern on one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of colour wash complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level un re-inforced complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings & mass concrete etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggretate) as in surface channel or drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping bed black etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using (40mm graded aggregate), 100mm thick as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded agg) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC of type D2, 1:4:8 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & pigments with red and yellow colour over including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerbing all around of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) all as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) setin cement mortar (1:6) work for landings, cover slabs, manholes, chajjas, water troughs, manger shleves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Framed work such as grills, gratings, sun shed etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or welded, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, farmed balastures, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for drain in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm with soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil exc 250m but n.exc 500m deposiitng where directed at a level not exec 1.5m above the starting point

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes , jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required of folloiwn sizes :-

(a) 300mm dia

(b) 150mm dia

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm dia , class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 150mm dia , class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crused stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipe 300 mm dia after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crused stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipe 150 mm dia after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and strained and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, etc. all as directed.1 each line wire to be measured)

All as per Srl item No. 40 but fixing only in repairs

S&F wire barbed tape concertina coil wire of 50 turn having core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength and a carbon steel strip of 20mm width, 0.5mm thick having razor sharp barbs punched tape and core wire hot dip galvanized, as fixed in repair.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel security chain link fencing 60mmx60mm with PVC coated mesh made out of 3mm dia MS wire and 1.00mm thick PVC coating throughout fixed to RCC post including binding wire complete all as specfied and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works as in fencing, posts & struts in fencing embedded in stone masonry/bricks works including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes notching for wires flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) inlcuding all drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410 or Fe-310-0 complete all as specified an directed

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, in horizontal support for chain link straining of fencing including cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at other ends dia of shank 5 to 10 mm and length of bolt exc. 5cm but n.exc 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

S & F of Bands, straps,supports or stays for rainwater, ventailing pipes, including bolts, if required hooks,heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and stables; chains;hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde -165. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the surface rain water drain ( in any size and depth) incl removing accumulated soil, grasses and other wastes all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel works as in doors or gates of angle or other sectons with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled, welded etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.
