Providing/making/fixing of Fuse set then tightening with Nut & Bolts Attached to the bushing Rod in Distribution Medium PowerTransformers at differance places (Total 100 Nos. T/F.) by using Bakelite sheet Rod (in 03 Nos. Fuse Set Per T/F), suitable for HT bushing with Following Specifications. Under Executive Engineer, Electriity Distribution Division-Lalganj .details are given below :- 1-Length of Bakelite Sheet – 195 mm 2-Width of Bakelite Sheet – 50 mm 3-Thickness of Bakelite Sheet – 08 mm 4-Thickness of Fuse connecting Steel Sheet – 02 mm 5-Length of Fuse connecting Steel Sheet – 60 mm 6-Width of Fuse Connecting Steel Sheet – 50 mm 7-Size of hole on Bakelite & Steel Sheet – 12 mm 8-Length of Fuse wire – 75 mm All Required materials will be provided by Contractor.

Earthing of 250 T/F 11/0.4 KV Power T/F (04 Nos) neutral and body earthing work digging of 2x60 tt completed Borwell Type Pit (1.5 " Dimeter) to installed 60Ft. Long M.S. Pipe (60 fit Long) with 105 inch Diameter, work followed by Contractor of M.S. Strip 25X3 mm size for suitable lenth to G.I. Pipe through Proper building (Aluminium paint covering of welded Joint) with Tightening of nuts & Bolt and filling of spaces by homogeneous mixture of coke & sault against medium PowerTransformer body & Neutral earthing. This included connection of M.S. Strip to separate common pit as there will be one pit of each earthing. NOTE:- ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR TO OWN RESOURCES.

Laying of Double circuit Line of 11 KV 3X300sq.MM XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench including supply of required material as fine sand, 1st class bricks, stone slab. Inter axial spacing between the two cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m. the two cables should be separated by a partition of single bricks.

The work for Earth excavation of new Plinth size 2.00X2.00X1.50 & size for making outer wall of Plinth by 1st class brick work in Cement mortar of ratio1:6 of filling earth in Plinth and providing Ston ballast and fixing 02 No.90 Iballs Rail pieces (6.9 Mtr) of proper distance and then plastering the top and all side of plinth wall with cement Corse and sand in ratio 1:4 and then proper spraying of water alongwith All materials & Labour for Mounting of 250/400 KVA T/Fs on Plinth. NOTE:- ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR TO OWN RESOURCES.

Work for Mounting of New 250 / 400 KVA Transformers on Plinth alongwith fitting of all acessories, As per RESPO norms. under EDD Lalganj , Raebareli.

Making/Errection/Installation/painting/gouting/welding/febrication/earthig work of Wirmesh Fancing of Jali alongwith Angle isn size of 35X35X5X2500 mm with Nut & Bolts, Washer, Earthing Rod & G.I. wire. Making of 01 No. Gate by M.S. Angle in size of 35X35X5X1000 mm with Nut & Bolts Washer, Earthing Rod & G.I. wire. One No. Gate of M/S Angle in size of 25X5 mm with wiremesh and each of the same. Grouting of M.S. Angle and other required Angles with Grouting materials as per RESPO Norms, NOTE:- ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR TO OWN RESOURCES.

Strip 50X6 mm size for suitable lenth to G.I. Pipe through Proper building (Aluminium paint covering of welded Joint) with Tightening of nuts & Bolt and filling of spaces by homogeneous mixture of coke & sault against medium PowerTransformer body & Neutral earthing thes included connection of M.S. Strip to sapret common pit as there will be one pit of each earthing. NOTE:- ALL REQUIRED MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR TO OWN RESOURCES.
