Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete. New work (Two or more coats)

Supplying parking tiles of approved quality ,size shape and thickness not less than 8mm on walls and skirting overcement mortat bed 20mm thick in prop 1:3 (1cement:3coarse sand) including cutting where necessary finished with the cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specefied and directed.(Jhohnson ENNdura Industrial Parking tiles(Sizes 300mmx300mmx20mm)

Cleaning and clearing the bed of the open drain including removal of debries & silt and stacking the same to safeplace and caarriage the debris by fitting into the Truck/Hand cart to safe place outside the complex including minor repairs etc. to the drain and at last spreading bleaching powder/phenyl etc. as directed and specified by the department.
