Removing old lime cement plaster from walls including racking out jouts 12mm deep and removing the debries away from the work site including all labur T&P articles etc.required for the work and etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge

12mm(1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) over out side the brick work including racking out the joints including watering ,curring and as safolding as required with cost of all materials ,carriage, royalty,all taxes, labour and T&P etc. complete, as per specification and direction of E.I.C.

Earth work in excavation foundation in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed and and including watering and ramming with all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes and cess with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentalling & removing 2.5cm thick A S flooring and stacking the useful materials for resue and removing the debries away from the work site within 50m lead etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge .

Flling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including dressing levelling the bed watering and rammng with all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes and cess with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) mix with 40mm nominal size C.B. stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.50 m. below ground level and upto a height of 1.50m. above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete or as per direction of E.I.C

Cement Concrete in C.C. (1:2:4) with 12mm size H G C B Chips including lifting the materials and hoisting the concrete to required level with curring ramming finishing etc etc.complete in all respect to proper slope and level with all watering and curring with all cost,conveyance royality and all Labour T & P required for the work etc.complete. as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing of Vertrified tiles in floors treads of steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with all cost,conveyance ,taxes of all marbles /tiles, labour with T & P required for the work etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing of Vertrified tiles in dados skirting & riser and steps on 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with all cost,conveyance ,taxes of all marbles /tiles, labour with T & P required for the work etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Supplying , fitting & fixing of M S Grill& collasible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls in proper position including with cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and all labour with T&P required for the work etc., as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering two coats over a coat of primer to walls with any approved shade good distemper over the interior surface of the walls and ceiling including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials,royality taxes and cost of indigo glue with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.(a) Ground Floor.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on wall surface inclufing costof weather coat and conveyance of all materials royalities taxes and in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming into new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
