REPAIR / MAINT OF UTILITY SERVICES OF DG SET AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT DEPOT AREA UNDER GE PULGAON

Maintenance and servicing of DG sets of 320 KVA make:Mahindra at F sub depot once in a month including attending faults on call basis for normal repairs including replacement of defective & worn out parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nut bolts and cleaning of alternator with vacuum cleaner and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, adding distilled water, checking of oil and coolant levels as directed by engineer-in Charge. ( Note : - (a) Spare parts require replacement shall be measured and paid separately under mentioned items as supply only and fixing is deemed to be included under this item. (b) Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer instruction (c) The rates includes dismantling and taking out DG set from position and transporting it to the workshop if required & return same location and fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts if required shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Sch `A’ as `supply only ‘ but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, screws/studs. Note:Service/Repair work will be carried out within 05 days after intimation to contractor on telephone followed in written .Any delay beyond 05 days shall be penalised through penalty recovery @ 2000/- per day till the rectification /Repair start
