Concrete with 4cm gauge down graded Stone ballast , coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors and supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.(CSI NO 5.01)

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge Stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (CSI NO 5.03)

Mild steel or iron (ISI Marked) in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorized overlapping as required for proper completion of the work.(CSI NO 9.04)

Providing and Fixing Concertina coil fencing with required dia 600 mm up to 3m height of wall existing angle iron `Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 6 horizontal R.B.T. stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary boltts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete (No. of Rounds will be 8 in one meter length) as per direction of Engineer-in charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/s.q.mm. with tape (0.52 mm thick) of supreme make or equivalent and weight 43.478gm/meter (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) (CPWD S. G.I. wire including necessary centering and smooth shuttering etc required for proper completion of work including supply of all material, binding wire, labour and T&P etc (CSI No.5.08)

RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4”) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in the for slab, excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its cutting, fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G. G.I. wire including necessary centering and smooth shuttering etc required for proper completion of work including supply of all material, binding wire, labour and T&P etc.(CSI No.5.10)

RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4”) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in the excluding T-beam, columns and walls upto 1.50mt. Ht. ( Only web of T or L beam shall be measured.) supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its cutting, fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G. 1st class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 F.M. mortar in super structure including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Supply and fixing Stainless.Steel. mosquito proof heavy quality iron wire mesh of 15x28 G over windows and including supply of UP teak wood battens (40x15) mm size and including supply and fixing of necessary screws all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar of 1 part cement & 4 parts of approved coarse sand 2.5 F.M. over Brick work, min. thickness not less than 10mm including supply all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. (CSI No 11.05)

Providing and fixing glass strip of 3.15 mm (1/8”) thick and 3.5cm. deep in joints of floor at the time of laying floors flush with floor level including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No 12.09)

S/F 10mm thick glazed/matt finish Standered quality Vitrified tiles of size 600x600 or more of approved company like RAK, JOHNSON, SOMANY or equivalent make of approved shade, colour and pattern as directed by E/I in floor, skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar , finished with white cement and pigment to match the tiles shade etc.complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.(CSI No 12.11)

Painting or varnishing on iron works in small areas of new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI no. 103-1950. . (CSI No 13.01)

Pebble dash plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of washed pebble or crushed stone 6 mm to 12.5 mm nominal size, dashed over and including fresh plaster in two layers under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement.(CSI NO 27.06)

Providing and filling bentonite solution in pile bore under unstable and or high water table soil condition for retaining shape of bore, 5 kg. of bentonite will be used in 100 litres clear water (Bentonite solution shall be used with continuous process of circulation) including all materials, labour and T&P etc. the measurement shall be done as per design dia and depth of pile upto cut off level.(CSI NO 20.05)

Cutting and chipping the piles top above the cut off level including bending and straightening the pile reinforcement as directed including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as may be required for proper completion of the work.(Big hammer and Power hammer are not allowed to be used)(a) For 300mm dia piles(CSI NO 20.07A)

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand, and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone ballast in 1:2:4 proportion for concreting in pile cap including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Measurements of work will be done according to design diameter and depth of the pile up to cut off level under reamed concrete shall be measured as per IS 2911 part 2.(CSI NO 20.15)

Extra for concreting in bore hole filled with water or bentonite solution (bore under loose unstable/under water) by displacement method using trimming pipe and excluding cost of 10% extra cement as required for the normal 1:1.5:3 mix including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. as may be required for proper completion of the work.(CSI NO 20.17)

Wiring point for Fan/ Fresh air fan with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated multistrand single copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe concealed in the wall 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire and approved quality of piano type switch and ceiling rose as per approved sample on 3 mm thick phenolic laminated bakelite sheet etc of matching shade with wall colour complete in all respect. S/F hexagonal fan box with hexagonal side approx. 80mm in length fabricated 16 SWG MS sheet incorporation 10mm dia MS round bar duly bent for supporting fan hanger duly painted with red oxide and screwing arrangement with wiring conduit laid in the RCC roof before concreting along with supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
