Decoupling of 5 cusec discharge pumping unit I from motor and then dismantling the pump and motor from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled pump and motor of lift irrigation station Burejal on head load to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Back shifting after carrying out repairs to pump and motor to site. Repairs to 50 Hp motor by way of extracting out damaged winding manually and cleaning of slots, then rewinding by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. Varnishing post rewinding of stator and repairs to rotor by way of welding, turning and finishing to required size.Providing two number bearings 6313 on driving end and 6310 on non-driving end side, bearing plates 2 No ,end terminals and bolts etc. Dismantling of 5 cusec x 17 meter discharge spiral/ end casing pump of pumping unit no I of Lift irrigation station Burejal at workshop for extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Providing and fitting of new pump shaft after turning to bearing size and threading at positions of check nuts. Repair to impeller by filling cavities and cracks and finishing to original size.Providing and fitting of two number new bearings no’s 6308, shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, providing and fitting of gland along with 2 no’s new gland studs. Repair to pump body unit by fabrication, turning and fitting of bearing sleeve to make inner diameter of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearings. Repairs to suction body by way of welding and grinding as per profile of impeller. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing & filling of pump bearing housing with fresh lubrication M-oil. Providing and fitting of gasket sheet between pump body and providing of new studs. Providing and fitting of graphite packing of suitable size. Repair to 200 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no I by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Fabrication of foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fitting it with foot valve at the end of suction pipe. Repairs to coupling pulley of pumping unit no I by way of rebuilding of holes on pulley by filling of metal with welding, drilling and boring of holes as per the required size of coupling bolts. Fabrication of bush and fitment on pulley to make the size compatible with pump and motor shaft. Providing and fitting of 8 no’s. new coupling nuts & bolts, rubber bushes, key way. Designing and fabrication of angle iron frame for installation of two number star delta starter, the frame should be fabricated out of 45 x 5 mm MS angle and 50 x 5 mm MS strip. the frame should be welded to the existing MS platform at site. Painting of fabricated frame with red oxide and black enamel paint. Complete job includes cost of material, welding charges, skilled/ semi-skilled labour, transportation charges, and carriage charges of material on head load from road side to lift station on head load. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be /done as per actual site conditions. The firm should offer rebate on old material.

Dismantling of 8 cusec discharge spiral casing pump of pumping unit no III at workshop for extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Cleaning of pump casing to remove sand and silt.Providing and fitting of new pump shaft as per the size and specifications of pumping unit, turning and threading of pump shaft at required portions for fastening of check nut and fabrication of groove for key way at the position of coupling pulley. Repairs to the impeller by filling cavities and cracks by way of metal filling and grinding to the original size.Providing and fitting of two number new bearings no’s 6412 and one number thrust bearing number 51314 , 1 no’s neck ring, shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, fabrication of new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing & filling of pump bearing housing with fresh M oil. Providing and fitting of graphite packing in pumping unit. Repairs to 75hp motor of pumping unit no III of lift irrigation station Kothey Parlah New by extracting out old damaged winding manually and cleaning of stator slots. Complete rewinding of the stator by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. Varnishing after rewinding of stator. Repair to rotor shaft by way metal filling with welding, turning and finishing to required size. Providing and fitting of new bearings-2 no’s on driving and non driving ends of the motor, bearing plates- 2 no’s, end terminals, nuts and bolts. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, fitting and installation charges of motor at site. The firm should quote rate including the rebate on old copper scrap. Repair to 75 HP, oil immersed, automatic transformer starter, double contact of pumping unit no: III by way of extracting the damaged contact points of copper both moving and fixed thimbles, no volt coil, tripping system , overload relay and replacing the same with new ones. Rewinding of coils using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. Providing /filling of fresh transformer 10ltrs. Repairs to coupling pulley of pumping unit no III by way of fabrication and fitting of bush for coupling pulley on pump and motor side as per the size of pump shafts. Providing and fitting of 8 no’s. new coupling nuts & bolts, rubber bushes, washer, key way. Back shifting after carrying out repairs of motor & pump to site. The job includes loading, un-loading, manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles etc. Alignment of pump and motor. The job includes the cost of materials and labour charges. Complete job Note:- The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
