Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 using fly ash bricks including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, curing, etc., complete as directed by the dept. Engineer at site.

Providing and placing PCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour and mixing charges excluding the cost of reinforcement etc., complete

Providing and placing RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour and mixing charges excluding the cost of reinforcement etc., complete

Providing and fixing of best quality of PVC pipe 110 mm dia of approved quality confirming to IS standard including cost of pipe, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, curing, etc., complete as directed by the dept. Engineer at site.

Filling with excavated sand and compacting it including cost of labour, lead, lift, etc., complete

Dismantling the existing damaged water closet and surki around it and clearing the debris away from the site including the cost of labour, lead, lift, transporting charges etc., complete.

Dismantling the Floor / wall tile in toilet room, cleaning and transporting the dismantled debris upto 2km away from site, labour, lead, lift, transporting charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing first quality design ceramic tiles (Anti skid) of approved brand / shade of size 305x305mm in CM 1:3 and pointing with same colour including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift and directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing in position IWC ORIYA PAN of size 580x440mm glazed earthern ware of approved make & quality with P or S trap conforming to IS-2556-PART XII (Parry ware or equivalent ) with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet and finishing the top to required slope and giving connection to sewer line including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing and fixing in position EWC with P or S trap with Double Flapped sheet and seat cover with braise hinges and 10 litres capacity PVC low level Flushing Tank with all internal fitting conforming to IS-2556-PART XII (Parry ware or equivalent ) with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet and finishing the top to required slope and giving connection to sewer line including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
