Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300mmx300mmx20mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, with grey cement and no pigment, laid in floors, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors 50mm thick or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified.

M & L for hardcore of brocken stone gauge n,exc 63mm deposited spreed and leveled in layers n,exc 15cm thick water and rammed to true surfaces.

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, in ground floors not exc. 15 cm thick, above or below ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) , 100 mm thick, in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm plian cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 , using 40mm graded curshed stone aggregate as in flooring without using extra cement.

M&L for 40mm plian cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 , using 20mm graded curshed stone aggregate as in flooring without using extra cement.

Material & Labour 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finished concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making proper joints with bitumen mastic with sand as per specification at an interval of 3m complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or conc surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick works finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar

M/L Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cm 1:6

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed , built in CM 1:6

M & L for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight efge held againt the dressed surface Lime or sand stone n.exc 40mm deep.

Excavating in post holes (of similar holes) each n. Exc. 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. Exc. 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron section with swain neck as in fencing posts struts including notching drilling holes for wire mesh etc and flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing in-cluding line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified & directed.

Supply only mild steel Galvanised wire Chain link fencing square mesh of size 100x100mm made out of 4mm dia wire complete all as specified & directed

Supply only mild steel 10mm dia round bars to secure Chain link fencing complete all as specified & directed

Mild steel flat iron of size 40x4 securing Chain link fencing including cutting ,drilling holes, bolting etc., conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified & directed .

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends with washers 12mm dia and , n exc 5cm long ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces n. exc 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces

Treating small articles such as ends of posts etc. with area n. exc 0.10 sqm each complete all as specified & directed

S & F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.)

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces including preparation over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer.

M&L for 03 coat of white wash incl preparation on wall surface.

M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered or previous untreated plaster surfaces including preparation of surfaces.

M&L for one coat of cement base paint on old decorated surfaces of walls including preperation of surfaces

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drain, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm ditto

Material for factory made precast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 kerb stone of size 300 x 300x 100mm thick set in CM (1:4) inclduing necessary excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling chain link fencing wiremesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors and gates of any description.

Dismantling posts or struts (wooden, steel or RCC) any section embadded in concrete, brick work etc including taking out embedded portion.
