Shifting of transformer, Tr-2103M, 11/33 KV, 7.5 MVA from Central Stores to site / Unloading at site, Positioning of transformer on rails,Jacking of wheels on rails by welding of wedges, assembling of dismantled parts like Radiators, Conservator tank, Pressure Relief valve explosion vent, etc at site. Connection of earth to 33 KV neutral bushing, establishing earth connection of radiators by GI flats. Termination of control wires to marshalling box. All activities are to be performed as per direction of Engineer-In charge. For positioning of transformer tank at site, crane shall be provided by Nalco on hire basis depending on availability. For shifting of transformer, truck/trailer/ hydra is to be arranged by the party. Transport weight of Transformer tank = 14 MT.

Filtration of TR-2103M as per direction of Engineer-In charge. Filter machine will be free issued to the party for filtration. The party shall arrange to shift new transformer oil barrels from Central Stores to site and also shift the filter machine from Nalco's store to site & back after complteion of job. Total weight of oil to be handled is 1.5 kL.

Loading, unloading and transporting of 100 meters of 33 KV Cable, 3C x 185 sqmm. From Mines to Refinery site with supply of all labour, machinery and trailer etc by the Party's own arrangement. Only material gate pass shall be issued to Party during shifting of the material. Quantity of the transporting material shall be limited to carrying capacity of the trailer (10 T approx)

Relaying and connection of 3C x 185 sqmm, 33 KV XLPE cable on cable trays from 33 KV Voltas panel to 33 KV bushing of Tr-2103 M with proper clamping on existing trays. All clamps, nuts & bolts are to be supplied by the party.

Supply of earthed,33 KV, 3C x 185 sqmm outdoor shielded heat shrink HV termination kit of make 3M or Raychem only including cable glands and lugs as per specification of this tender and direction of EIC

Termination of earthed, 33 KV, 3C x 185 sqmm. Cables and connection of leads including fixing of cable glands, cutting and stripping of cable insulation, crimping of the lugs, restoration of insulation, clamping of cable cores and earthing of armour, including all labour and materials and as per direction of EIC.

Assistance in Testing & commissioning, including re-wiring of protection schemes at Duplex/Simplex panel of CDS Control room of TR-2103M by supplying manpower as required. 1 Manday (MD) = 8 hours.
