M&L for Harmonic measurement and analysis by authorised electric auditor in catered electric equipment North Camp Mahajan Field Firing range having infrastructure with 01x33/11 KV Power Transformer of capacity 3.15 MVA-01 No and 06x11/33 KV distribution transformer of capacity 100 KVA - 03 Nos, 250 KVA - 03 Nos installed in different locations, including 33KV HT line 30 KM, 11 KV HT line 2.5 KM (Approx), distribution LT line with under ground cables. The sys is also connected to 1 MW capacity solar plant with 33 KV line with bidirectional metering. work will be executed as per guidelines given in para 2.00 to 6.00 below.

The following measurement and data logging shall be carried out for entire electrical system at measure load buses to ascertain the following electric parameters for a duration of 84 hrs:- (i) System voltage RMS phase to line and phase to phase. (ii) Load current RMS phase to line and phase to phase. (iii) Active, reactive power and apparent power. (KW, KVA, KVArH Lag, KVArH lead, KVAH, KWH). (iv) Frequency in Hz (v) Instanteous power factor PF (vi) Total Harmonic distortion THD in Voltage and Current. (vii) Peak Demand. (Logging of Fundamental & individual harmonic currents in Amps up to 50th harmonic) Note:- The Total harmonic Distoration (THDi & THDv) at various buses shall be determined Quality of power shall be evaluated as per IEEE 519. Filter shall be recommended and rating to limit these distorations below standard limits wherever required. The measurement will be carried out in krykard or Fluke Instrument. Cost for all necessary logging and measuring equipments required for Harmonic and electric analysis will be included in rate quoted.

Analysis of electric bill on North camp Mahajan for 3 years.

Energy audit report in soft & Hard copy will be submitted to GE & CWE along with remedial solution for improve PF & avoid demand surcharge (on basis of state electricity board regulation).

Last 15 % of payment will be made post successful inplementation of the recommended solution (at MES cost) provided by the Energy auditor & improvement of PF to the desired limits for two consecutive months. In case of failure to achieve desired results, 15 % payment will be with held responsible.

All quoted chs will be inclusive of travel, accommondation & food, Accommodation & food will be provided at govt rates at North Camp, MFFR for the duration of audit. Dates for energy audit will be coord before hand on acceptance within the permissible time limits for completion of Job.
