Supply of Elevated type unidirectional High-Intensity Threshold / Runway End light fittings suitable for use with halogen type lamp, complete with lens support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, prefocus lamp holder, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, base plate with 06 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washers and other accessories with 200 W, 6.6A halogen type lamp, Green/ Red spreader lens etc. and conforming to ICAO requirements complete as required and as specified in Technical specifications.

Supply of 16 sq.mm., 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed, antitermite & anti-rodent, multi-stranded copper conductor single core Airfield lighting cable confirming to IS 1554 (Part-II) with up to date amendments and confirming to technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. as specified in technical specifications complete as required.

Supply of C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm & 450 mm height made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with Isolation transformer, power cable and having 2 nos. clear hole centre (each 180 degree apart) at 115 mm below top surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia HDPE/GI pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolt of M 10 x 40 tapped inside near the holes (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm dia at the top surface and 6 Nos. M 10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawing & technical specifications.

Supply of 5000 volts grade, 50Hz individual lamps series type isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin finally moulded with neoprene rubber as specified in the technical specification of 200Watt capacity and 20/6.6Amp rating.

Supply of 5 kV grade plug and receptacle of type class "B" connector suitable for field attachement with 5 kV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 16 sq.mm copper conductor cable confirming to the relevant IS specification etc. required as specified in technical specifications

Supply of 50 mm size dia. Medium 'B' Class GI Pipe as per IS 1239 part 1 complete as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4, 100 mm thick the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including cutting and excavation of bituminous surface upto 50 mm. depth and soft soil (size 630mm x 630mm x 500mm depth) etc. complete as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4, 100 mm thick the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including cutting and excavation of earth (size 630mm x 630mm x 500mm depth) etc. complete as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Making field connections by crimiping 6/16/25 sqmm plug and receptable with the existing 6/16/25 sqmm single core PVC copper/aluminium conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealed material applying HT insulation tape and Provision of 200 mm long 11 KV grade (Red) heat shrinkable internally adhesive coated insulating tubes/sleeve of size 35/12 mm with heat shrink mechanism, suitable for providing ingress protection over plug and receptable (essna connectors) incoming and outgoing series/feeder cable's (Male & Female-01 set i.e. 100 mm each side) to ensure water tight connection, testing and commissioning complete as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Installation, testing and commissioning of existing mandatory/ information operational area guidance sign board of following various sizes, grouting of each existing mounting leg by providing & laying 1:2:3 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) cement concrete foundation of suitable size, including excavation, shuttering & centering, refilling, leveling etc, fixing of coupling through anchor bolts, secondary cable laying, connection to isolating transformer, including all round concrete of 1:2:4, 100 mm thick, 1 mtr. from the edges of board on all sides, including excavation of earth, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required. (excluding supplying of Sign board, isolating transformer, plug & receptable, mounting legs and secondary cable). (a). Upto 1.6 mtrs length (02 legs)

Installation, testing & commissioning of ELEVATED type Bi-directional/ Unidirectional THRESHOLD/ END light fittings on the existing transformer housing box i/c black painting after primer of the transformer housing box, installation of isolating transformer, interconnection, beam spreader glass/ filter, outer lense, lamps and other accessories alignment leveling making connections with secondary leads & earthing, numbering etc. as required and specified in technical specifications. (except fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer & connector kit which shall be supplied by deptt.)

Laying of existing 50 mm size dia. Medium 'B' Class GI Pipe after cutting upto 50 mm thickness and earth of suitable size for laying the pipe, including GI pipe threading, cutting, jointing of pipe & filling the gaps with excavated earth then bitumen mix of 50 mm. thick and making good the surface matching with original bitumen finish etc. as required and as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting the concrete surface by core cutting machine/ breakers upto a depth of 200 mm on Taxiway/ Runway shoulders/ Runway end, laying of existing 50 mm dia cable crossing pipe (HDPE/GI), refilling with the concrete and making good the surface matching with original concrete finish etc. complete as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Laying of one number 5kV grade stranded copper/aluminium conductor PVC sheathed Airfield lighting cable of size 6/16/25 sqmm direct in ground including excavation sand cushioning protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Laying of one number 5kV grade stranded copper/aluminium conductor PVC sheathed Airfield lighting cable of size 6/16/25 sqmm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONEWARE/ METAL/ HDPE pipe as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia medium duty approved ISI Mark including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required and as specified in technical specifications.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required and as specified in technical specifications.
