Earthwork excavation for foundation to the full depth as may be directed by departmental officers in all types of soils except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in the places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and initial lift 2 Metres and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.SS20B

Collection supply and filling of Stone Dust approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges for filling etc., Complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers (TNBP No.28).

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton.(TNBP No.30). Providing and laying in position , Standardised concrete mix M - 20 Grade in Accordance wit IS 456-2000 using 20mm and Downgraded hard broken granite stone jellyfor all RCC Items of works with minimum cement content of 325 Kg /m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (Plasticiser / Super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS -9103 to accelarate, retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing the strength and durability and about (5cum) 7730 kg of 20mm Machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30 cum) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of M.Sand but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering and also including laying , vibrating with machanical vibrators,finishing , curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC Floor /roof slabs whereever necessary without claiming etc complete complying with standard specification and as Directed by the Departmental officers , the coarse and fine aggregates to be used to be comply with requirement of IS Standards ( No seperate payment will be made by the Department for the Excess usage of the Materials)

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using Epoxy Coating TMT. or Ribbed Tor Steel including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M- Sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, Stone Dust cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.

Supply, fabricating & fixing in position of Iron Shutter The outer frame will be 25 x 25 x 3mm angle, the side frame with outer bars and M.S Sheets 1.60mm thick 20gauge MS sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolt, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
