Air handling Units: Supply, Installation, testing, commissioning and replacement of complete set of Air Handling Units including, rubber /spring isolators, Volume Control Damper, flexible material for duct connection, 0-50 deg. C, stem type thermometers with GI couplings, 0-7 Kg/sq. cm 100 mm dia. dial type pressure-gauges with syphons & cock (in SS Construction), 20 mm dia. air release valves/drain valve with 150 mm nipples, wiring, starter, termination into electrical panel as per clause No. 1 of technical specifications.

GI Piping: Supply, Installation, testing, commissioning and replacement of existing heavy class chilled water GI pipe line along with flanges, bends, reducers, expanders, unions, nipples, u-traps, covered opening for drain line cleaning, 19 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber thermal insulation with monsoon tape, necessary MS supports, nut bolt washer, gasket, wooden support with clamp and 26 G aluminium cladding of following sizes as per clause no. 2 of technical specifications.

Centrifugal Pumps: Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and replacement of existing Horizontal split casing chilled water booster pumps of capacity 22 L/S, Head 18 Mrs. along with MS foundation, counter flanges, nut bolts, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor 10 HP, 3 phase, 1440 RPM, 0-7 Kg/sq. cm 100 mm dia. dial type pressure-gauges with syphons & cock (in SS Construction) and 0-50 deg. C, stem type thermometers with GI couplings aas per clause no. 7 of technical specification..

Cooling Coils: Supply, installation and replacement of existing cooling coils, approx. size 2.42 x 0.45 m, 6 rows deep each, inclusive of Header, counter flanges, nut bolts, gasket etc. as per clause no. 8 of technical specification..

Filer Frame: Supply, installation of AHU Filter Frames, made up of 16 G GI sheets, outer dimensions 3060x1980 to accommodate 18 filters, total 3 rows, 6 filters in 1 rowas per clause no. 9 of technical specification.

HVLS fan: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVLS fan of Dia, 8 ft., 5 blades, complete with motor, hanging/fixing arrangement, anchor fastness, MS frames, wiring/cabling, starter and power cabling up to main panel as per clause no. 10 of technical specification.

SS Bird screen: Supply, Installation of SS bird screen of 2 mm thick wire, 25x25 mm mesh (squared gap), necessary 25 mm wide outer flange with nut and bolts to be provided on round shaped kitchen exhaust fans as per clause no. 11 of technical specification.

Shifting of old scrap: Dismantling, shifting of waste material from different floors of CC Complex of all old AHU's, piping, ducting, submersible pumps. Monoblock pumps, centrifugal pumps, cooling coils, valves, foundations etc., cleaning of entire surfaces of removed scrap and any other material, removing old insulation from outer metal surfaces, bringing all scrap to ground floor in open yard and shifting entire scrap within BARC/TVS store into a truck with sufficient labourersas per clause no.12 of technical specification.

MS Work: Supply, of MS angles/channels/MS plates and fabrication of MS doors, walking platform above pipe lines, etc. followed by 2 coats of red oxide primer and 2 coats of enamel paint at different places at Central Complex as per clause no. 14 of technical specification.

Insulation on GI ducting: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 25 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber thermal insulation on outside surface of existing ducting with monsoon tape and 26 G aluminium cladding, after removal of old insulation and cleaning of entire surface. Measurement shall be given as per outer metal surface of the GI ducting as per clause no. 15 of technical specification.

Inline blowers: Supply of TSK II series inline centrifugal duct fan, size 315 mm, air flow capacity approx. 1800 M3 per hour, Make-Kruger as per clause no. 16 of technical specification.

Cutting and shifting of 3 nos. old cooling coils of CC auditorium basement AHU, which were removed earlier, 2 nos. of old gate valves of 10 inch dia. and old piping, as mentioned in item no. 12 & as per clause no. 17 of technical specification.
