Improvement / Augmentation of the hosting system along with allied works of the tube wells of Hari Singh Park, Science College ERA-1, Science College Old by way of fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 Ton capacity electrical operated chain pulley along with allied works for tube wells Hari Singh Park, Science College ERA-1, Science College Old for operation of extraction / lowering of submersible pumping unit along with column assembly of following specifications: - Capacity: 5 Ton No. of Falls: 2 Hoisting Speed Mt/Min: 2 Mtr. / Min. CONSTRUCTION:- Hoist should be of unique modular construction which makes them an ideal choice since each sub assembly is easily accessible individually, thus reducing the time and cost involved in the maintenance. FRAME: The Frame shall be of sturdy design, fabricated from tested steel plates and is welded / bolted type. GEARBOX:- Totally enclosed gear box with gears shall be made from Steel and teethed on precision hobbing machines, hardened & tempered. The gears shall need no further lubrication. ELECTRICMOTOR:- 3 Phase, 440 Volt A.C. 50 cycles, Squirrel cage Induction Motor of any reputed make. LOADCHAIN: - Grade 80, tested, calibrated and duly heat treated. BRAKE: Instant action 'fail to safe, Electro Magnetic disc brakes shall be incorporated to ensure maximum safety and reliability in operation. UNIT SWITCH :- Snap action limits switches shall be used to prevent over hoisting and over lowering. CONTROL PANNEL & CABLE:- Totally enclosed dust and moisture proof panel housing with components of standard makes , provides control at low voltage for safety of operator including cable of requisite size and length. HOOKS:- Steel Forge, Free to rotate & swivel. TEST:- Each Hoist to be tested to 25% Overload. The job shall comprise of the following works.: - 1. Fixing of suitable capacity winch machine capable of bearing the load of 5 ton along with allied components on the MS girder. 2. Carriage of material / equipments at the site of work All the components shall be designed for strength and adequate for the entire safe operation of the hoist. Fabrication of Canopy/Shed of suitable size for protection of motor from rain. Complete Job in all respect including cost of material, handling charges, taxes etc. and testing of winch machine at site. Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 20,000 GPH x 75 mtrs. head submersible pump set for Tube well Science College ERA-1 feeding CPS Company Bagh :- The job involves providing of new submersible pumpset and shifting to workshop in mechanical transport and unloading there. The job involves fabrication and fitting of one No. U- shaped tie rod / clamp of approximate 3.0 m span out of flat iron to tie submersible pumpset with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded at both ends of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of one No. graded reducer/ expander nipple for NRV of required size out of MS plate threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer/ expander with 150 mm dia MS column pipe at one end with flanged joint and with the discharge outlet of submersible pump at other end. The job includes coupling of the pump with motor, fitting the tie rod/ U-clamp and testing the coupled unit in the testing pit. Then loading the pumpset in mechanical transport and carrying the same at Tubewell. The job involves lowering the submersible pump set by way hoisting of 5 ton capacity chain pulley block on the girder. The job also involves making proper water proof joints of submersible cable and motor leads with the help of patch roll, copper connectors and insulating material and thimbling at starter end. Lowering the pumpset through MS flanged column pipes. The job includes tightening of each nuts and bolts of the flanged joint to ensure leak proof joint. Providing and fitting of 3.5 core 185 Sq. mm LT Al. cable Tube well Sc college ERA-1:- Providing/ fitting of 16Sq. mm submersible cable, ISI marked, 100 m DMT, the cable is to be fitted in two equal lengths from outgoing terminals of LT Control Panel to the submersible motor. The job includes providing and fitting of proper sized thimbles and making of leak proof connections on motor side using patch roll and rubber tapes. The job includes cost of material and labour charges.. The job includes the cost of all types of material such as rubber sheet joints, nuts and bolts and labour charges for carriage of pumpset, reducer expander, clamps to the work site and lowering of column pipes one by one, including the cost of submersible pumpset, cable , testing and commissioning, taxes/ levies etc.
