Supplying, Installation, Commissioning and testing of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pump having discharge of 1932 m3 per hr against a total head 67 mtrs. with its all required components for Booty Water Supply Pumping Plant Phase-II under D.W.

Supplying, Installation, commissioning and testing of Horizontal Split casing centrifugal pump set make (Jyoti/Kirloskar/Mather and Platt/WPIL/) having discharge of 1932 m3/hr against a total head 67 mtrs. , suitable for and compatible for existing AC induction motor of BHEL make rated at 480 KW, 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz operating at 1488 RPM including cost of new coupling suitable for the pump set and accessories such as MS Base Plate and Foundation Bolt. The scope also includes supplying and installation of suitable NR Valve and Sluice Valve in the delivery line compete in all respect as per side condition.

Cost toward supplying all labour tools & tackles complete dismantling of the existing pump set along with all associated Valve and accessories including safe removal, handling and shifting of the dismantled materials out side the pump house to a designated stores location as per direction of E.I, complete in all respect.

Cost towards modification, fabrication and erection of suitable suction and delivery line from the existing pipe line up to the new pump connection including cutting, edge preparation, welding and necessary alteration to insure proper alignment and fitment. The scope includes supply and installation of required flange, nuts, Bolts, Gaskets and all associated fitting as per site requirement.

Cost towards dismantling/breaking of existing foundation and construction of new pump foundation as per site requirement including all necessary work such as excavation, concreating, grouting, and alignment, finishing and curing. Complete in all respect as per the direction of E.I.
