Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine (sound proof with acoustic enclosure) driven generating set water cooled, factory assembled , 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50HZ, 0.8 p.f. engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 and conforming to New CPCB-II norms for emmission complete with generator protection relay including CTs with all required protective relays and switch gears and electronic control and isolation emergency stop facility suitable for 82.5 KVA capacity silent DG set as per standard scope ,inbuilt manual starting on main failure , control panel having electronic meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB-II norms and PCC foundation (1:2:4 type B2) of approx depth 150 mm above finished genset room floor level, length & breadth of foundation should be atleast 250 mm more on all sides than size of enclosure and mounted on sturdy M.S. frabricated base frame ,fuel tank of 24 hr run capacity and fuel pipe set of two (inlet / outlet) mounted on common base platform,anti vibration mounting pads , safety switches for LLOP,HWT, etc. of capacity 82.5 KVA all as directed at site by Eng-in-Charge. (The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive first fill of oil & 12 Hrs test run at site from 0% to 110% load as specified by IEM or engineer in chargesper MES standards, all arrangements has to be made by contractor.) Note :The standard scope and specifications of DG set shall be as under :- Engine : Engine with direct injection,water cooled engine , 4 cylinder , in -line, 4 stroke, rated at 1500 RPM , conforming the following is specifications :- (i) Mechanical FIP (ii) Mechanical governor (iii) Turbocharger , exhaust manifold , stainless steel exhuast flexible connection (iv) Radiator Cooled , turbocharged after cooled (v) Plate type ,lube oil cooler (vi) Filters-fuel, lube oil (vii) Dry type replaceable paper element air cleaner (viii) Flywheel housing and fly wheel to suit single bearing alternator (ix) Starting motor -Electric , battery charging alternator (x ) First fill lube oil and coolant Alternator : (i) Brushless alernator (ii) Self - excited , self - regulated (iii) Class 'H' insullation (iv) Salient pole revolving field (v) Single bearing (vi) Automatic voltage regulator (vii) Acoustic enclosure ;- Engine alternator assembly mounted on AVM with Silencer and SS exhaust below suitably optimized to meet stringent sound emission standards as laid down by MOEF/ CPCB. (viii) Base rail with drawn-out type. (ix) Fuel tank is provided with drain plug,air vent,inlet and outlet connections, level indicator ,manhole etc. (x) Sub-base fuel tank with 13.5 hours capacity at75 %load. (xi) 12V dry,batteries with connecting leads and terminals. (xii) Control panel : Powder coated control panel manufactured with CRCA sheet provides:- (a) MCCB of sutaible rating with short circuit protection (b) Controler which displays voltage,current,KW,PF,Frequency,KWh. Indicating lamps for "Load On" and "Set Running" (c) Current Transformers of suitable ratings (d) Copper Cables of suitable capacity with incoming and outgoing terminations (e) Control fuses duly wired and ferruled. The capacity of DG set shall be net after all due derating factors as per ISI design . Power cables : Uninyvin copper conductor cable between Altemator & Control panel inside the canopy. (Earth work & Excavation will be measrued and paid sepertely)

Excavation in trenches and getting out in Hard soil for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes etc nexc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.m in depth for foundation of DG set to a depth of 0.6 Mtr as per OEM recommendations.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M & L for DWC HDPE Pipe 50 mm dia for cable protection heavy duty through out from panel to all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Finolex, Supreme, Reliance, Astral.

S & F Coupler for jointing DWC pipes of 50mm dia including necessary misc items required at site complete. Make : Finolex, Supreme, Reliance, Astral.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core including earth work , sand cusioning / GI tubing light grade ,brunt bricks etc. Make : Finolex, Havells, L & T, Anchor, Polycab, KEI.

M & L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connected to earthing test point including necessary excavation / earth work in any strata, returning fillig, disposal of surplus soil to 50 M, filling with mixture of charoal and common salt upto 15 cm above top edge of earth plat, PCC 1:2:4 with RCC 1:2:4 cover slab, watering arrangement with GI light grade watering pipe, earth teat point, commissioning & testing complete.
