Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) Removing of existing unserviceable nylon newar /unserviceable plywood from Charpoy GI pipe and supply & fixing of 12mm commercial BWR grade plywood on the top of charpoy GI pipe. Plywood shall be fixed by 6 Nos of size 6mm dia Nut and bolt on long rail of charpoy GI. Two Nos stiffener of flat iron 40x6mm in section shall be provided at equally space welded to both side of long rail of charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Charpoy GI removing unserviceable parts/accessories i.e long rail short rail, legs, elbow and check nuts etc and reassembling the same in proper dimension complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing only elbows three way of malleable cast iron galvanized coating suitable for 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for fixing long rail short rail and legs in GI Charpoy complete all as specified and directed (for fixing in Item No. 01 above).

Table writing FDFD-33/249/ FD-275 Dismantling of unserviceable/damage top of table writing and providing new top made of prelaminated particle board 18/19 mm thick including 4 mm teak wood beading alround including polishing complete the top of the table duly polished complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable legs and S&F new TW legs with suitable as per drg complete all as specified and directed (for fixing in Item No. 04 above).

Taking out of unserviceable long rail or short rail and S&F new Tw long rail or short rail with suitable as per drg complete all as specified and directed (for fixing in Item No. 04 above).

Table Dining 8 /6 Persons( FD-30 (M), FD- 239/273 ) Taking out of unserviceable top of table dining and S & F new table top of 18/19 mm thick pre laminated particle board with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all around including polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 4 Nos of MS clamp L type 4" x 4" long and 2"x 3mm thicknes,fixed by 2 Nos of 30x8mm screws for long rail of bed hard ply top .

Taking out of unserviceable top plywood from bed hard and S&F new Plywood 12mm commercial BWR grade termite proof/BWP all as standred drg and directed.

Side Board(FD-26 FD-242) Taking out of unserviceable back plywood from the Side Board and S & F new 6 mm thick plywood commercial quality BWR grade all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of unserviceable Knobs and S & F new Chromium plated knobs. (for fixing in Item No 18 above).

Chair Dining 9FD-228/279) Replacement of unserviceable front or back legs and S&F new TW Front or back legs with suitable as per drg complete.

Taking out of unserviceable front rail and S&F new TW Front rail with suitable holes for caning as per drg complete.
