Charges for dismantling of package unit for checking & inspection: this work involves removal of internal electrical supply connections, inlet & outlet copper pipe connnections of the circuits, control panel box, dismantling the blower and its motor, compressor, drier, expansion valves removal of base bolts of the package unit, moving the package unit from its bed to floor including hire charges for T & P's and cost of consumables

Charges for replacement / rectification of 1 No 8.5TR compressor in package units near Switchyard control room at 15 mtr elevation this work involves dismantling the failed compressor and driers in inlet & outlet line, transporting the new / rectified compressor from 0 mtr to 15mtr elevation AC package unit room, fixing the new compressor, expansion valve, driers, connnecting with inlet & outlet copper pipes of the circuit by brazing, including hire charges for T & P's and cost of consumables. (Compressor will be supplied by board at free of cost). (Drier, expansion valve, Hand shut off valve is under contractor scope)

Charges for attending faults in the control panel of 17TR capacity AC package unit, including hire charges for T & P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for leak arresting in indoor / outdoor cooling coil / pipelines in the circuit in 17TR Packaged AC unit near switchyard at 5 mtr to 15mtr elevation, this work involves transportation of N2 gas, cutting set, brazing consumbles to 15mtr elevation AC package unit room, leak identification by charging N2 gas and then attending the leak pipe brazing, including hire charges for T & P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for charging the N2 gas for holding the gas pressure up to 90 PSI to ensure the no leak in the system and releasing the N2, creating the vacuum in system up to 1 mm of Hg by vacuum pump and holding, including hire charges for T & P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for removal of existing contaminated refrigerant gas from 1 No 8.5TR capacity packaged chiller circuit and filling of new refrigerant gas, this work involves transportation of the refrigerant gas filled cylinders from godown outside NCTPS II campus to NCTPS II switchyard control room 15mtr elevation and filling of refrigerant gas to the required level, including hire charges for T & P's and cost of consumables.( consumables item refrigerant gas R407C is under contractor scope.)

Charges for removal of blower pulley, inspection of blower motor, replacing the blower V belts (A31) with new one, aligning the blowers, cleaning the pipelines, indoor units, filters, outdoor units, fixing out door fan motor & blade, conducting trial run and commissioning the AC package unit including hire charges for T & P's and cost of consumables (consumables item V belt A31, outdoor fan motor blade is under contractor scope)
