Dismantling of existing HT pole of any size and type from its position carefully including demolition of concrete in coping and foundation of pole, necessary excavation and earthwork and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling carefully existing old HT lighting arrester of any type and size from its position by necessary disconnecting of lightening arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling carefully existing old HT insulator of any type and size from its position and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, lay, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV (Earthed) XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed grade, circular screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, inner sheath of PVC tape galvanised steel strip flat, around and overall PVC sheathed, armoured conforming to IS: 7098 Part-II, 1985 amended upto date, ISI marked, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts, complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes:-
3 core cross sectional area 150 sq. mm
3 core cross sectional area 120 sq. mm
3 core cross sectional area 95 sq. mm
NOTES for Item No. 8 : (a) Before ordering the cable, the joint measurement for the quantity of various cables required at site shall be taken by representative of the Contractor and Engineer-in-Charge and the quantity of each size shall be finalised to avoid weakness (joints). However, the Contractor shall have no claim if the final executed quantity turned out less or more and payment shall be made for the final quantities as measured at site. (b) All size of HT cables shall be inspected and tested by the representative of Accepting Officer at the factory premises prior to dispatch of cables from factory to site.
M&L Providing Pre cast RCC 1:1½:3 type A1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Cable Route Indicator of height 800 mm x width 300 mm x thickness 120 mm duly reinforced all as per details shown in drawing and having top circular section, provided with and including PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates foundation of suitable size as directed and including engraving letters "MES 11 KV HT" on route indicator duly painted in synthetic enamel paint, complete all as shown in drawing No. CEPZ/2022/ANR/01/STR sheet 1/1 and as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations ,manholes etc. or for laying cables/pipes, erecting poles / stays and struts etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed.

Note: Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of lugs, nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning complete 11 KV, 630 A with rating STC 21 kA for 3sec, out door type, Vaccum Circuit Breaker (VCB) panel comprising of 3 Nos IC/OG VCBs with manual and motorised charging all are in single compact unit for HT VCB panel set with common bus bar with electrical interlocking arrangement for existing nearby HT panel Incoming VCB's. The enclosure for mounting VCBs shall be made as specified in IE Rules for clearence and safety inside the enclosure, CPRI approved. The rating for VCB are as follows (Location at II point 11 KV substation):-

S & F danger notice plate for HT of size 25 cm x 20 cm and 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones and written with words "DANGER 11 KV" in English, Hindi & Marathi in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install and erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded poles complete with MS base plate 6 mm thick and of size 300 mm x 300mm, finial taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts & screws etc., pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II type 410 SP- 55 (11.0 metres long) HT including holes of required numbers and size for fixing of cross arms and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer over the exposed surface and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over the embedded portion of pole in concrete, painting three signal red colour bands at lower portion of exposed pole starting from pole cap each band of 300 mm height at 300 mm spacing, painting pole number by black paint in stencilled letters/figures of 8 cm height, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation and PCC for foundation and coping will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of BOQ).
