Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, Four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Earthwork excavation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15 cm thick watering , ramming ,depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete asper standard specification. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23&24VI (S2), VII 9,10

Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete complying with standard specification. as per TNDSS NO: 30&86

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position TMTsteel bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening cutting, bending, cranking binding welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete as per TNDSS NO: 86

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia- meter blue-gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3m height + 0.5m. in to the ground +0.5m projection) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m, and the spacing of posts being 2m, in both the rows with two horizantal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m, c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm, thick and 1m width, etc., in a complete form using coir and nails

The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply, fabricating & fixing in position of M.S window outer frame will be 25 x 25 x 3mm angle, the side frame with outer bars and M.S Sheets 1.60mm thick 20gauge MS sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolt, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

. Supply, fabricating & fixing in position of M.S door of size 0.0.9 x 2.10m. The outer frame will be 25 x 25 x 3mm angle, the side frame with outer bars and M.S Sheets 1.60mm thick 20gauge MS sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolt, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
