Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc.including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removel of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewaterind, complete. (a) Brick on flat soling

(i) Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S. code for R.C.C. work / R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chair, spacers etc. complete (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate) (upto 1st floor level). a) Other ISI approved TMT reinforcement bar (SRMB / SAI / BISCON / X TECH) (For Assam Type Building, Drain works, Retaining wall & boundary wall etc.

(a) Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand and 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (form work and reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately). (A) In super structure from plinth level up to 1st floor level (i)Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls, walls of Septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level. Supplying, fitting and fixing door frame made of M.S. equal angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm fabricated, welded, mitred and jointed as per relevant I.S. codes including fitting 8 nos. of M.S. hold fast, providing closing / holding device for 2 (two) nos. tower bolts of door for each side and 1 no. for fitting and fixing Al drop (for single leaf) to the frame for fixing the door to the frame, applying primer to all steel surfaces fixing the frame to the wall/ R.C.C. members by embedding the hold fast securely in C.C. block of M-15 grade complete at all levels as specified and directed. Providing Pre Painted Galvanized Iron Sheet Roofing (PPGI) accessories (Ridges/Valley/Gutter/Flashing) at all levels including fitting and fixing self-drilling, self-tapping screws complete.TATA Blue scope/Dyna Roof/Wonder Roof or equivalent as directed by the Department.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on sigle or brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed (A) on rough side (i) In cement mortar 1:4

25(B) On Fair Side

Providing and fixing in position suspeded false ceiling using E-Grid ( exposed ceiling suspension 2430 system) of gride size 600mmx 600mm/1200mmx 600mm with main runner 38mmx24mm, cross tee 29mmx24mm and wall angle 24mmx24mm. Using 4mm/6mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Everst Non Asdestos Fibre Cement Board as per IS 14862, to be placed in a grid of G.I . System duly suspended with 4mm/6mm dia G.I/M.S bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures, air conditioning diffuser and from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures, air conditining diffuser and ducts, sprinkles, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffit by hanger@ 1220 mm maximum c/c.The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1220mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610 mm c/c, so as to form 600mmx 600mm /1200mmx 600mm grid, all complete as per the drawing and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Finally, if specified, boards are to be painted with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved shade/make over a coat of cement primer before installing it on the grid. Providinf polished granite tiles of approved quality, size and shape and thickness not less than 18 mm on floors, skirtings, rises and treads of steps over 15mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1.3 (1 cement:3 Coarse sand) including cutting where necessary , finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tie Choksey/Sika/Pedelite / Rouf) white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed.(Cement plastering to be measured and paid separately).
