Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, 1 with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required and conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-I Internal - 2023 CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item No. 1.10.1 Group A

Supply and recessing/fixing of PVC conduit pipe of 25mm size conforming to IS:9537 Part-III:1987/IEC:60614-2-2 (or Latest version) with accessories junction box, bends etc. including making chase, plastering/clamping etc. as per site requirement.

Supply of following sizes FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single 3 core cable conforming to IS 694 (or Latest Version) , and drawing in Laid (recessed /surface) PVC conduit pipe for wiring of point wiring / circuit wiring / sub main / main as required as per Tech Spec-I, including connections, testing and commissioning. Size = 1x2.5 sq.mm

Supply of following sizes FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single 4 core cable conforming to IS 694 (or Latest Version) , and drawing in Laid (recessed /surface) PVC conduit pipe for wiring of point wiring / circuit wiring / sub main / main as required as per Tech Spec-I including connections, testing and commissioning. Size = 1x4.0 sq.mm

Supply of following sizes FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single 5 core cable conforming to IS 694 (or Latest Version) , and drawing in Laid (recessed /surface) PVC conduit pipe for wiring of point wiring / circuit wiring / sub main / main as required as per Tech Spec-I including connections, testing and commissioning. Size = 1x6.0 sq.mm

Supply of brass Batten/Angle Holder conforming to IS : 1258-2005 (or Latest Version) & installation on the junction box of laid conduit including connections, testing & commissioning as per site requirement and conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-I Internal - 2023 CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item No. 1.34

Supply of ceiling rose, 3 plate conforming to IS : 371-1999 (or Latest Version) & 7 installation on the junction box of laid conduit including connections, testing & commissioning as per site requirement and conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-I Internal - 2023 CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item No. 1.33

Supplying & fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface 8 or in recess including providing and fixing 25A modular socket outlet and 25A modular SP MCB "C" curve including connections, painting etc as required.( For AC's) and conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-I Internal - 2023 and CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item No. 1.57

Supplying and fixing of Bell Push modular switch/socket on the existing modular plate 9 & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. complete as per IS, IE rules and site requirement and conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-I Internal - 2023 and CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item No. 1.24.8.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on 10 surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6A modular switch, connections etc as required. as per IS, IE rule & site requirement of reputed make conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-I Internal - 2023, CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item no. 1.31

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on 11 surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6A & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16A modular switch, connections etc of reputed make as required. as per IS, IE rule & site requirement conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-I Internal - 2023, CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item no. 1.32.

"Dismantling of existing electrical wires, fittings, switches, socket, ceiling fans etc from 16 the site and transport to all these materials to the store. All released materials shall be property of railway. Contractor will submit all materials to general store at SSB or as decided by the railway administration. Note : Conventional light fittings shall be dismantled and replaced only after completion of codal life" Unit = Each Point

Dismantling of existing old distribution board consicting of MCCBs/MCBs, Busbar, 17 electrical cables etc complete with outer metal box and associated supply cable from the site and transport to all these materials to the store. All released materials shall be property of railway. Contractor will submit all materials to general store at SSB or as decided by the railway administration.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of LED light luminaire, having system 18 wattage 1x18 watt. LED tube and inbuilt LED driver, CRCA body powder coated, complete with all mounting arrangement, accessories. The LED based 4 ft. tube light (lamp) shall be confirming to CEE/NR's spec. No. CEE/NR/121-Elect/PS/2018 (Rev- '3') or latest at Tech Spec-II attached & PCEE/NR's spec. No. PCEE/NR/121-Elect/PS/2019 (Rev- '4') at Tech Spec-III attached or latest.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV 20 grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required as per IS:1255 & detail drawing approved by competent authority conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-II External - 2023, CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item no. 7.1.2. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation 21 including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required as per IS:1255 & detail drawing approved by competent authority as per IS, IE rules and site requirement complete and conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-II External - 2023, CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item no. 7.2.1. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation 22 including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required as per IS:1255 & detail drawing approved by competent authority as per IS, IE rules and site requirement complete and conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-II External - 2023, CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item no. 7.2.2. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable 23 of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface/cable tray as required as per IS:1255 & IE rules and site requirement complete and conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-II External - 2023, CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item no. 7.7.1. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable 24 of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface/cable tray as required as per IS:1255 & IE rules and site requirement complete and conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-II External - 2023, CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 Item no. 7.7.2. above 35 sq. mm upto 95 sq mm and (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp).

Earthing with 40 mm dia GI pipe class 'B' 4.5 meter long earth electrode as per 25 IS:3043 (latest version) to achieve earth resistance less than 5 ohms including construction of masonry enclosures with hinged cover plate of cast iron with locking arrangement (approx. size 400 mmx 400 mm) on top,provision of earth plate, connections from earth electrode to switch gear/pole as per drawing.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip confirming to relevant IS as per 26 IS:3043/1987 (Latest version), fixing on surface or as per site condition, clamping or fixing with suitable arrangement as per site requirement, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Supplying and laying 8 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required

Shifting of existing meter box with Supply & fixing of thermoplastic PS polystrene weatherproof, dust proof, environment friendly, halogen & silicon free hinged transparent meter box size 168x253x115 mm complete as per site requirement.
