REPAIR / MAINTENANCE TO CERTAIN B/R ITEM INCL WOODEN / ALUMINIUM JOINERY AND WATER SUPPLY IN OTM / MD ACCN CHINAR COMPLEX, PB ENCLAVE AND ADJOINING AREA UNDER GE (NORTH) UDHAMPUR

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), area not exc 1.50 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), area exc 1.50 Sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out holdfasts shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description, area exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated (of approved colour) aluminium sections as in frame & shutter of doors/window, partitions as in sliding/ openable/ louvers/ fixed type with and including necessary rolling for smooth moving & locking arrangement etc, fixed to wall including preparation of disturbed portion both side (internal & external surfaces of wall) to match with existing surface treatment and all sides of aluminium frame shall be sealed with silicon sealent (inner/outer face), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds glazed with putty or fixed with beads, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick tinted/ transprent sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with any type of beading /oil putty in any size of pane, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick figured glass pin head type ordinary quality and size, in any type of frame and glazing with oil putty or beading in square exc 0.50 Sqm in each panes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of 18mm thick prelaminated medium density fibre (MDF) boards, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws as in cup board, shelves, kitchen cabinet etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm, made out of 5mm thick wall nut colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, complete all as specified and directed.
