B/R PORTION M & L for repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) applying a tack coat @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.08 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand depth of pot holes n.exc 30mm) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 of any penetration at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for premix Bituminous Macadam(BM) laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50mm ) or using binder content 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed carpet using paving bitumen VG-30, 20mm(consolidated thickness) thick with 0.34 cum of stone chipping mixed with binder @ 14.6 Kg/10 Sqm rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber including premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.80 Kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION Taking down old unserviceable point wiring, (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switch, ceiling rose, pendants, regulator, socket, etc., and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing including touch up of paint/white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor 1100 V grade drawn through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit concealed on walls/ in existing conduit on ceiling and terminated to sunken box of modular type including modular frame white cover plates suitable for fixing switches, sockets etc., including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly for One light point controlled by one switch and taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.
