Setting up of German Language Laboratory, Training, Assessment and Certification on turnkey basis

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

The OEM/Execution Partner must have an established presence in the subject Domain/similar Domain of functioning, demonstrating its ability to support and scale operations demographically for at least 3 years.

Must be a legal entity registered under relevant Indian laws with a registered office or branch/Legal Partner Operating in Karnataka for more than 3 years

The Bidder must have an active presence in Karnataka either through registered office, authorized representatives, or dedicated support infrastructure.

Experienced in Establishment of Skill Training/ Language Training Labs and Deployment of Qualified, Suitable and Trained Trainers. Minimum B1 Certified Resources 3 numbers on Roll. Minimum A2 Certified Resources 3 numbers on Roll

Prior experience in training a minimum of 2000 students under foreign language/ skill development programs in collaboration or individually preferably for Government or Private or any other institution

Prior experience in the last 3 years of executing a single largest order issued on the bidder directly worth at least 2,00,00,000 (Two Crores)

Must have a minimum of 2 Trained in-house Trainers Certified in German language minimum B1 level or higher from a recognised Institution

Average Financial Turnover in last 3 years (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) should not be less than 6,00,00,000.00 (Six Crores)

The Bidder should not have been banned from Participating in any Government or Private Companies Tenders or Black listed.
