Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing watering /dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within any leads including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand/boulders under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) curing complete including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Providing 62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of cement concrete floors 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Dismantling GS Sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all leads and lifts including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) rolling shutters including stacking within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Providing corrugated G.I sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J.or L. hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins refters and trusses. 0.63 mm thick sheet. including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Providing ridges or hips 60 cm over all in plain G.I.sheet with galvanised iron J or L hooks. bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. Limpet and bitumen washers copmlete 0.63 mm thick sheet including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make,made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked togetherthrough their entire length and jointed together at theend by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipeshaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements forinside and outside locking with push and pull operationcomplete, including the cost of providing and fixingnecessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufacturedfrom high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover ofrequired thickness for rolling shutters.80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thicktop cover including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece, including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts,as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work including carraige of material with in all leads and lifts
