Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

PAINTING WORK

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade,including cost of scaffolding, labour, materials, tools and all incidental charges, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. One or more coats on old work.

Providing and applying interior and exteriorr waterproofing paint on existing walls over prepared surface, including application of one coat of primer (if required) and two coats of acrylic polymer based waterproof coating of approved make and shade, including all labour, materials, tools & plants, complete as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting on walls/roof with acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams per litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including preparation of surface, application of one coat or additional coats wherever required to achieve an even shade and uniform colour, up to a height of 15 m, including cost of scaffolding, labour, materials, tools and all incidental charges, One coat complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying interior waterproofing paint on existing internal walls over prepared surface, including application of one coat of primer (if required) and two coats of acrylic polymer based waterproof coating of approved make and shade, including all labour, materials, tools & plants, complete as per CPWD specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a)after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

FALSE CEILING

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Taking out existing tiled false ceiling comprising mineral fibre / gypsum / metal tiles (as existing) without damage, including dismantling of ceiling tiles, T-grid / aluminium framework, hangers and accessories as required, stacking serviceable materials at site, cleaning the tiles, and refixing the same tiles in position over existing or new aluminium T-grid framework, including replacement of damaged aluminium frames, hangers, clips and accessories wherever required, proper alignment and leveling, cutting and making openings for light fittings, air diffusers and services, and making good the surface complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying approved quality neutral cure, UV-resistant silicone sealant of approved brand and manufacture, suitable for internal/external use, including cleaning and preparation of joint surfaces, removal of dust, loose particles and contaminants, application of sealant in joints to required thickness and profile, tooling and finishing to smooth and uniform appearance, and ensuring durable, watertight and airtight sealing, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing existing damaged or deteriorated expansion joint material from floors/walls/roofs (as applicable), including cutting and taking out old joint filler, sealant, cover plates and accessories, cleaning the joint thoroughly to remove all loose material, dust and foreign matter, and stacking serviceable materials at site or disposing of unserviceable material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint in RCC slabs including RCC, steel and filler material complete as per the direction of engineer in charge

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) :Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Repairing cracks in walls by opening the cracks in V-shape or U-shape as required, cleaning the crack thoroughly to remove loose particles, dust and foreign matter, applying bonding agent where necessary, and filling the cracks with approved crack filler / polymer modified mortar / epoxy or cementitious repair compound as specified, finishing the surface smooth to match the existing wall finish, curing complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

WATERPROOFING WORKS

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm
