Note :- 1. The work is meant for day to day maintenance based on complaints . The complaints are required to be attended / cleared on the same day of the reporting. However in exceptional case, if any complaint could not be attended on the same day,the same will be cleared within 48 hours of the reporting. If contractor fails to attend / clear the complaint within 48 hours, a penalty of Rs. 100/- per complaint per day will be imposed till the completion of complaint and recovery amount will be deducted from the RAR submitted by contractor.The T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. 2. The contractor shall be provided with space for setting up maintenance cell at the specified location as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.The maintenance cell shall be manned by the contractor's supervisor responsible for collecting complaints from the concerned JE/AGE. A proper record of complaints will be maintained by the concerned JE duly signed by contractor. 3. The quoted rate of minor material like screws,nuts, insulating tape ,copper wire of different sizes upto 01 meter length required in the items of BoQ is deemed to be included in the respective item.
