Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts outdoor type Confirming to IP 43, CPRI approved, fabricated & assembled ,free standing, floor mounting, water proof,dust and vermin proof cubical type, LT Panel fabricated from 3.15 mm thick ( minimum) CRCA sheet with anti corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint Grey shade (RAL-7032), fully compartmentalized design with busbars made of aluminium duly insulated with heat retardent fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours. Bus bar shell be properly supported/mounted on epoxy insulators.All live parts and joints shall be insulated with (HRFR) shrouds, conforming to IS, including provn for connecting suitable earth strips and both side openable doors shall be provided of all operational switchgear and MCCBs and detachable cover shall be provided on all other accessories.Panel shall be manufactured suitable for housing as the folowing :-

Sppply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes including lugs, glands & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed, for the following.

(a) 16 Sqmm 2 core.

(b) 10 sqmm 4 core

(c) 16 sqmm 4 core

(d) 35 Sqmm 3 1/2 core

S&F GI tubing, light grade, 50 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable incl taking out old pipe of any grade complete all as specified and directed.

All as above but 40 mm bore pipe.

Cutting the existing bituminuos road for passing of UG cable in road crossing and making good the disturbed surface of road to its original specification complete all as directed.

M&L for cable path indicator made of MS sheet 3mm of size 200 mm x 150 mm spot welded with angle iron of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick, 750 mm long, suitably embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) duly painted with one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, one coat of synthetic enameled black paint and sign wirting with white paint showing size of cable HT/LT complete.

M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fittings lumanaries 90 watt LED with lens , pressure die cast epoxy powder coated aluminium housing with efficient designed heat shrink with heat resistant toughned glass with frame fixed with SS Screws suitable for fixing in existing poles, with protection IP-66, power factor not less than 0.95, surge 5KV, total harmonic distortion THD is < 10% lumen not less than 100 lumen/watts complete, including dismantling of old one fittings, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of LED flood light fittings 200 Watt die cast aluminium housing with separate LED and driver compartment, Rectangular LED Flood Light with innovative thermal management and available in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, in built electonic LED driver.

Supply and fixing sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box, suitable for terminating 2 Nos 4 x 10/16 Sqmm UG cable, including of one in Nos MCB SP 10A, 240 volts, AC, 50 Hz, including cable glandes- 2 Nos, 4 Nos of AL bus bar with 3 nos hols for cable connection, two way connector 1 No.

M&L for wiring with 1.5 sqmm 2 runs of single core multistrand PVC insulated, unsheathed cable with 1x1.5 sqmm earth wire conforming to IS - 694, 1100 volts with copper conductor drawn in and including 20 mm dia or higher, non metalic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, Junction box, Reducers etc as required and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board to fittings and testing on completion incl taking down old wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm with 1x1.5 sqmm earth wire cable and conduit will be measured as one unit i,e. 1 RM.

S&F in replacement of brackets for street light fitting fabricated out of 40mm bore GI tube, light grade, 1500mm long, made to shape and drilled holes etc, fixed to poles with suitable MS clamps fabricated from 40mm x 5 mm MS flat duly painted in two coats of anti corrossive aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and fixed with suitable sizes of bolts, nuts and washers and taking out old bracket of any length and shape all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws type 410, SP-31 (9 mtrs long), erected to truely vertical position, painting externaly embedded portion in PCC with black bitumenous paint and externally exposed to surfaces with aluminium paint in two coats, making five alternate strips 30cm wide with black and yellow paint in two coats, marking MES number with black paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule)

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates etc fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for fixing insulaters and painting with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as above, but depth exc 1.5 Mtr and not exc 3.0 Mtr deep all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

M&L for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt) , modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified directed.
