Construction of Flatted Factory at Sector 28Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority on EPC Basis

Construction and Maintenance during Defect LS Liability Period of, but not limited to Flatted Factory Complex with Flatted Factory Building & Ancillary facilities (with approximate built up area of 38,665 sqm) on a site area of around 20160 sqm (5.0) acres approximately, along with boundary wall, gates, landscaping, site development, complete external and internal and external MEP services, Area development works and Ancillary Buildings (Substation, UG Tank and Pump room, OHT, HT Meter room) including supply of all labour, materials, equipment, facilities and handing over all assets with SOP for maintenance including standard norms of documentation, testing, commissioning complete in all respects alongwith all Statutory approvals to occupy and operate the complexes on EPC basis
