A. SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
Design, Supplying, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of sewage treatment plant based on MBBR process with sewage handling capacity of 15KLD. The entire plant will be constructed in RCC below the ground. The Plant shall be completed with a central Electrical Power and Control panel fully pre/site wired and with all power and control cables to all pumps and equipment including all instrumentation, level and other controls.

1 - Providing and fixing manually cleaned Bar Screens, to remove coarse and fine material in the waste water made up of SS 304 Perforated, Coarse Type Bar Screen complete as required including handle for lifting. Civil construction of bar screen chamber by cilvil contractor as per design submitted by STP vendor.
1.1 - Coarse Screen (for 0.6 m/s inlet velocity and 0.9 m/s outlet velocity, with 12mm c/c spacing of bars.
2 - Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of level controllers for automatic operation of the complete system with high/low level alarm complete with auxillary NO/NC contacts. (Required in equalization tank, chlorine contact tank, treated water tank ).
3 - Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of fully submersible, sewage transfer pump for raw sewage transfer from equalization tank to Anoxic/MBBR tanks. The pump shall have CI casing & impeller, SS shaft, TEFC induction motor including pressure gauge, lifting arrangement for the pump, all necessary piping (flexible pipe with coupling), delivery header valves, tube type level indicator, level controller with wiring to control the level of sump automatically. etc. Receiving tanks shall be completed with inlet, outlet, drain arrangement (Pipe + Valve).

4 - Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of horizontal, centrifugal Sludge recirculation pumps. The pumps shall have CI casing, CI/CS Impeller & SS shaft & sleeve with mechanical rotary shaft seal connected by a flexible tier type coupling to TEFC induction motor mounted on a common channel base-plate with coupling guard, 150 mm dia pressure gauge with GM isolation cock, suitable vibration eliminator pads of approved design. Motor to be suitable for including all necessary piping, valves and other accessories and concrete foundation complete as required.

10 - Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of dosing system consisting of one HDPE tank of 100 litres capacity with a positive displacement diphragm dosing pump having variable flowrate of 0-5 lph. The motor shall be suitable for operation at 240 V/single phase/50 Hz. Supply. The pump shall be supplied complete with necessary polypropylene piping, valves, strainers, low level switch and injection fittings. The pump shall be speed & stroke control.
11 - Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of Horizontal centrifugal Filter feed pumps for filtration. The pumps shall be made of CI casing, CI/CS Impellar, SS shaft & sleeve, Mechanical Seal are connected to a TEFC induction motor mounted on a common channel base frame with coupling guard, 150 mm dia pressure gauge with GM isolation cock, suitable vibration eliminator pads of approved design. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coate of red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system.

CENTRALISED CONTROLLER
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of main Intelligent Touch Controller with plus adapter as per specifications to hook up indoor units as mentioned above. Controller shall however, be suitable for minimum 64 groups of indoor units. Centralized controller shall act as master controller for controlling of cooling mode of outdoor units and their associated indoor units. Controller shall be suitable of Remote Access with computer and shall have web access. Controller shall be suitable to autosequence the outdoor as well as indoor units catering to 24x7 operated areas as required. Controller shall be suitable to configured the inside temperature as per temperature set point on controller. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of double skin treated fresh air handling units (AHUs) each comprising of following as per the specifications :
Casing of air handling units shall be in double skin construction. Inner skin shall be constructed out of 24 gauge plain GS sheet & outer skin in 24 gauge thick pre-plasticized GS sheet sandwitched between 50mm thick injected PU foam insulation of density not less than 40 Kg /CuM and complete with inspection doors, marine light, limit switch and control wiring as required. AHUs shall have access for all parts. AHUs shall be provided with thermal break profile. Each unit shall comprise of supply air stream (lower tier), Heat Recovery section complete with Heat Recovery Wheel (HRW) and Extract air stream (upper tier).
Fan section in both Supply & Exhaust air stream complete with backward curved DIDW type centrifugal fan with IP-55, IE3, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable to operate on 415±10%V, 50Hz, spring type vibration isolators below Fans, 3 phase AC power supply and belt drive package. Fan outlet velocity shall not be more than 1800 FPM (9.2MPS). AHU Fan Power consumption shall not exceed 0.5W/CFM. Fan section should be complete with 25mm thick open cell nitrile rubber acoustic insulation with density within 140-240 Kg/m3 covered with perforated sheet. All fans should be AMCA certified. Pre-Filter (EU-4) section in both Supply & Exhaust air stream complete with 50mm thick washable synthetic fibre filters. Velocity across the filters shall not exceed 500 FPM. Filters shall have efficiency not less than 90% down to 10 Microns (EU-4/MERV-8). Filter material shall be non combustible type.
Fine filter section in Supply air stream complete with fine filters. Velocity across fine filters shall not exceed 500FPM. Filters shall have efficiency not less than 95% down to 1 Microns (EU-8/MERV-14). Filter material shall be non combustible type.

VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVES
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of variable frequency drives for following Air Handling Units. Variable frequency drives shall be provided with necessary sensors and transmitters complete with control wiring in all respect as required and as per specifications. VFDs shall have built-in harmonic filters. The drives shall be suitable for the following motor rating. VFDs shall be housed in precoated, vandal proof enclosure with On/Off Push Buttons, Phase indication lights, A/M Switch and with adequate provisions for ventilation using a fan. The VFDs shall be able to receive the signals from multiple/combination of duct static pressure sensors/Temp. sensors and to ramp the speed of the motor.VFDs shall be suitable to take feed back and connectivity from all the DPS as mentioned below against each motor rating to facilitate averaging activity by VFD. The Electrostatic section shall be 90-95% in single pass as per DOP test method. Electrostatic Precipitator should be able to charge particles from 0.01 micron to 10 micron through solid state power supply. Collector cell shall be of permanent type and slide out facility for easy removal for cleaning. Operating voltage shall be 220±6 % volts, 50 Hz/ 1Ph, power consumption shall not exceeding 50 watts per unit upto 7500 Cfm. System should be fitted with interlock switch for safety. Velocity across the air cleaner shall not be more than 500 FPM. Scrubber shall be provided with pre-filters as required.
ESPs shall be provided with UV & Ozone Odours removers.
ESP Modules shall have necessary provision in terms of flanges to facilitate Ducts/Plenum connections as per approved shop drawings.

Casing of air washer shall be in double skin construction. Inner skin shall be constructed out of 24 gauge plain GS sheet & outer skin in 24 gauge pre-plasticized GS sheet sandwitched between 50mm thick injected PU foam insulation of density not less than 40 Kg /CuM and complete with marine light, limit switch & inspection doors including control wiring as required. Air washer shall have access for all parts.
Fan section complete with backward curved DIDW type centrifugal fan/s, IE3, IP-55 rated TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable to operate on 415+10%V, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply and belt drive package. Centrifugal fans shall be coated with epoxy paint as specified. Fan outlet velocity shall not be more than 2000 FPM (10.16 MPS). All fans shall be VFD compatible & AMCA certified.
Air washer wet section shall be complete with 300mm thick cellulose based paper fills, drift eliminators, water distribution system complete with FRP spray headers, strainer of fine mesh brass screen, globe valve, float valve, quick fill, over flow & drain connections, GI medium class piping and 3/1 phase monobloc pumps of 1HP/ 1.5HP/2HP motor rating as required according to the capacity of air cooling machines. Inner skin of wet section including fills mounting frame shall be constructed out of stainless steel SS- 304 A grade of appropriate thickness. INDOOR AIR QUALITY MONITOR
Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of IAQ Monitor to measure the levels of PM 2.5, PM10, VOCs, CO2, Temperature, Humidity on a real time basis. The IAQ Monitor shall be RS485 enabled and should be capable of getting connected with Wi-Fi. Units should have dedicated data browse i.e. sim card etc. The Monitor should be capable of sending the indoor air quality information on display Screen/Mobile/Workstation as per Client's requirement. The Monitor should indicate the quality of air through changing the colours as per the NAAQS standards and should meet the WELL building standards. INDOOR AIR QUALITY TEST
Carrying out detailed outside Indoor air test (as per IAQ standard) for the occupied spaces. The following parameters (but not limited to) shall be tested - Temperature, Relative Humidity, Total Bacterial Count, Total Fungal Count, Respirable suspended particulate matter PM10, Respirable suspended particulate matter PM2.5, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Total volatile organic compounds, Formaldehyde, Ozone, Sulphur Dioxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Ammonia, Hydrogen Sulfide. Both results noted needs to be compared with IAQ Standard limits. IAQ parameters should not exceed the standards after ruuning the purifier Equipments.
1 Sample to be taken for Outdoor Air. Indoor air samples to be taken on locations as specified by LEED Consultant/Clients/PMCs. All spaces to be considered for Indoor Samples. 1 Lot to be considered for 1 Sample.
Vendor should look into the following before quoting : i. The Indoor Air quality test should be as per IAQ standard. ii. The test should be carried out by qualified technicians and calibrated equipment’s, the Necessary Safety and other compliances should be followed. iii. Test to be carried out at one particular location and conducted on a weekday preferably Monday/ Friday. iv.Test Equipment Filters to be changed for every reading.
Supply, fabrication, Installation and testing of MS ducting for kitchen exhaust contructed out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet using welded joints & MS angle iron flanges in line with good engineering practice. Duct shall be provided with oil trap as required. Duct access panels with Fire Retardant Gaskets in kitchen exhaust ductwork need to be provided for cleaning at every 3m and at all bends and transitions. HVAC Contractor needs to provide openings for sprinkler installation and sealing after sprinkles are provided. Entire ducting shall be applied with minimum two coats of red oxide primer.
Carying out flush out of the premises using Propeller fans installed on frame. Fans to be temporarily installed near Openable windows for carying out the air Flush out. Quoted price shall be inclusive of accessories and nessary arrangments to be made for proper Flush out as per LEED guidelines including frames, temporary ducting or canvass connection etc. 1 Lot is for flushing out entire site once. (NOTE - TO BE CARRIED OUT THROUGH TEMPORARY FANS ONLY)
