Painting with synthethic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacturer of required colour to give an even shades two or more coats on new work in over under coats of suitable shade with ordinary paints apporved branded & manufacture (DSR 2023 13.62.1 )

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand): 6.3.1 With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks

Providing, and Placing reinforced cement concrete squre chamber cover (thickness 25mm) excluding the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).DSR 5.1.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including streightening cutting, bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and providing a hook for lifting (mild steel and medium tensile steel bars). DSR 5.22.1

Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (Asian or Berger Brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (DSR 13.46.1)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sq.meters and under,with cement mortar 1;4 (cement ; coarse sand) including cutting the patch in proper shape, rakingout joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as perdirection of Engineer-in-Charge.
