Design and supply of taxiway guidance sign board of various sizes made out of 2 mm thick anodised aluminium frame with suitable angle support, 1.5 mm thick aluminium backcover, 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face, screen printed letter & symbol on self adhesive vinyl film with required colouring & applied on the inside face of polycarbonate sheet, frangible legs, breakable coupling, mouting plates, clamps, uniformly internally illuminated with required LEDs to achieve illumination level, converter suitable for operation on 2.8 A to 6.6 A series airfield lighting circuit without flickering, change over circuit, internal wiring, water tight & locking arrangement etc, grouting of each mouting leg by providing & laying 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) cement concrete foundation of size 400 mm (L) x 400 mm(W) x 400 mm(D) including excavation, shuttering & centering, refilling, leveling etc, fixing of coupling through anchor bolts, secondary cable laying, connection to isolating tranformer, testing and commissioning etc complete as required and meeting ICAO Annex 14 specifications. (Isolating transformer and secondary cable shall be supplied by AAI).

Design and supply of three sided aircraft stand identification sign board of approximate size 800mm x 600mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium frame with suitable angle support, 1.5 mm thick aluminium backcover, 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face, screen printed letter & symbol on self adhesive vinyl sheet applied on the inside face of ploycarbonate sheet, water tight & locking arrangement, uniformly internally illuminated with required LEDs to achieve illumination level, convertor/driver, operate without flickering on single phase 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply, installation of sign on existing GI pole with help of suppoting structure, connection, testing and commissioning etc complete as required and meeting ICAO Annex 14 specifications.

Design and supply of aircraft stand coordinates sign board of approximate size 1000mm x 500mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium frame with suitable angle support, 1.5 mm thick aluminium backcover, 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet with glare free face, screen printed letter & symbol on self adhesive venyl sheet applied on the inside face of ploycarbonate sheet, water tight & locking arrangement, uniformly internally illuminated with required LEDs to achieve illumination level, convertor/driver, operate on single phase 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply without flickering, installation of sign on existing GI pole with help of suppoting structure, connection, testing and commissioning complete as required and meeting ICAO Annex 14 specifications.

Supply of weather proof IP66 thermoplastic cable junction box suitable for termination of 2x6 sqmm armoured cable including one number 6 A, 10 kA, DP MCB, connector kit etc and fixing on 4' dia existing GI pole by clamps, bolts, nuts etc complete as required.

SITC of LED illuminted (Kishangarh in English) facia signage for air side of Kishangarh Airport made out of 3mm thick acrylic sheet, 3mm thick ACP sheet cut letters of 36" height, laser cutting, embossing, pasting, transportation etc. complete as per site requirement.

SITC of LED illuminted facia "AAI logo" signage for air side of Kishangarh Airport made out of 3mm thick double acrylic cut logo of 36" height, laser cutting, embossing, pasting, transportation etc. complete as per site requirement.

SITC of LED illuminted mandotary and informative signages for "Drinking Water" of 30"x12" size made out of acrylic sheet with vinyl, machine cutting box type in matching with existing LED signages complete as per site requirement.

Supply of 2 C 6 Sq.mm, 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured aluminium conductor power cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended upto date.

Supply and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked alongwith all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power/ AFL cable of 1.1/5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE pipe as required. Upto 35 sqmm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 2C 6 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply and erection of 100 mm Dia medium class GI pole of 3 meter height, duly painted with aluminium paint of approved brand and having MS base plate of suitable size, in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying & Drawing of 3 C 2.5 sqmm 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, copper conductor flexible power cable in pipe/surface etc completed as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
