Removing existing un-serviceble foam rubber cushion and provide new polyurethane foam of size 510 x 510 x 100 mm thick for seat and 510 x 510 x 100 mm back shall be covered with superior quality tapestry cloth over a cover of cloth Malmal. Cost of tapestry should not be less than Rs.500.00 per meter. Make of PU foam : Sleepwell /Kurlon / Dunlop (40 density).

M & L for re-canning / polishing the following furniture items by French Polish with high glossy finish including fillings of holes/ cracks with bees wax and smoothing with sand paper. Make of Polish : Sheenlac / Asian / Shalimar. Note : Polishing shall be carried out at furniture yard of BSO GE(AF)/Yel/Offr Md Accn/Domestic area/ Tech area of AF Stn and CQAE (WE) area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
