List of similar work / supply undertaken for various Government / Quasi Government Organizations /Autonomous Institutions/ Universities during the last 3 financial years in Section- XII of the K/G-III documents alongwith the supply orders / work orders of preceding 3 years that is 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

Satisfactory completion Certificate: For having supplied Laptops / similar equipment to Central Govt. / State Govt. / Semi Govt. / Public sector undertaking / Universities in accordance with the Section VII of the tender documents. Name/s, contact number, email ids of authorized persons of any two government organization/s to which the bidder has supplied Laptops/ Computers in the past 2 years to be provided.

If the bidder is a authorized representative of a manufacturer, authorization letter issued by the original equipment manufacturers with tender number and digitally signed. in the prescribed format should be provided. (Section XIII of standard tender documents)

Capability statement of the tenderer in section XIV of standard tender documents

Agencies should submit an affidavit certified by the Notary in stamp paper Rs.100/- indicating the fact that the manufacturer/ dealer is not blacklisted by any Government organization / institution

Declaration for abiding terms and conditions of tender and also declaration for abiding terms and conditions laid under the Goods Manual under standards tender documents- K/G-III

The agencies shall submit the signed documents of all sections of K/G-III standard tender documents uploaded by the purchaser in e-procurement portal

The tenderer should furnish details of service centres and information on service support facilities that would be provided after the warranty period (in the service support form given in section XV)

Participating firms have to give information about specifications of the Laptops to be supplied Section VI of standard tender documents including warranty period alongwith Product Brand/Make, brochures, illustrative leaflets, Catalogues, etc giving technical particulars / detailed specifications, warranty, etc., Also they should compulsorily upload a separate statement of compliance comparing the configuration / specifications as stated in the tender document. Deviations if any along with explanation shall be clearly mentioned.

The agencies shall submit the signed documents from section- I to XV of K/G-3 standard tender documents uploaded by the purchaser in e-procurement portal. The tenderer shall abide by the conditions laid under the Goods Manual under standards tender documents

IT Returns : The tenderer should have submitted IT returns for the Last 3 years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25

Annual Turnover Certificate: Shall enclose Annual Turnover Certificates of preceding 3 years issued from Chartered Accountant i.e. for the last 3 years - 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 The supplier should have an average annual turnover as per the rules. (The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than the estimated cost of the quantity in the tender document during the last 3 preceding financial years ending on the relevant financial year
