Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type, metal enclosed, SF₆ insulated, extensible 33 kV Ring Main Unit (RMU) suitable for a configuration of 2 Incoming + 4 Outgoing feeders (2+4), comprising LLVVVV + Metering (M) arrangement, complete in all respects. The RMU shall be of modular construction with 2 Load Break Switch (LBS) incomers (630A) and 4 Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) outgoing feeders (630A), all suitable for 33 kV, 50 Hz system, with short circuit withstand capacity of minimum 25 kA for 3 seconds. The VCB feeders shall be equipped with numerical protection relays having O/C, E/F protection with IDMT characteristics, while LBS feeders shall have fault make capacity and earthing switches with interlocking. The unit shall be fully SF₆ gas insulated, hermetically sealed, maintenance free, with IP67 rating for gas tank and IP54 for enclosure, suitable for outdoor installation. It shall include busbar system, internal arc classification AFLR, mechanical and electrical interlocks, mimic diagram, position indicators, spring charged/manual motorized operation, and provision for SCADA compatibility with RTU interface. The metering panel (M) shall be provided with CTs, PTs, ABT compliant energy meter with accuracy class as per utility norms. The RMU shall be complete with cable termination kits, gland plates, control wiring, space heaters, illumination, marshalling terminals, and all accessories. The equipment shall conform to IEC 62271-200, IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-102 standards and relevant IS standards, and shall be approved by local utility. The scope shall include factory testing, routine/type test certificates, site installation, earthing, testing, commissioning, and handing over complete system as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type, metal enclosed, SF₆ insulated, extensible 33 kV Ring Main Unit (RMU) suitable for 6-way LBS configuration (LLLLLL), complete in all respects. The RMU shall consist of six Load Break Switch (LBS) feeders, each rated 630A, suitable for 33 kV, 50 Hz system, with fault making capacity and short-time withstand current of minimum 25 kA for 3 seconds. Each way shall be provided with ON/OFF/EARTH positions with fully interlocked earthing switches, ensuring safe operation and maintenance. The unit shall be fully gas insulated, hermetically sealed, maintenance-free for life, with IP67 protection for SF₆ tank and minimum IP54 for outer enclosure, suitable for outdoor installation. The RMU shall have internal arc classification AFLR, robust busbar system, mechanical position indicators, mimic diagram, padlocking arrangement, and manual spring-assisted operation with provision for motorized operation if required. The panel shall be provided with cable termination compartments suitable for XLPE cables, detachable gland plates, and adequate space for heat shrink/plug-in terminations. It shall include all control wiring, interlocks, danger plates, space heaters, illumination (if applicable), and earthing terminals. The RMU shall be compatible for future SCADA integration, if required. The equipment shall conform to IEC 62271-200, IEC 62271-102 and relevant IS standards, and shall be approved by the local utility. The scope shall include factory routine/type tests, supply of test certificates, complete erection, earthing, testing, commissioning, and handing over the system in fully operational condition as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
