Construction of Dhakadhaki Nala Check Dam near village Dhundigora of Bilashpur GP in Kantamal Block of Boudh District under MATY Scheme for the year 2025-26

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil in overburden including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials at the dumping yard away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all leads and lifts from the place of excavation complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished level section)

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in hard soil with all leads, lifts and de-lifts including dressing and levelling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts etc, including dewatering from foundation if required, with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of foundation in Disintegrated rock not requiring blasting to be removed by pick axes and crow bars and depositing excavated materials with all leads and lifts including stacking useful materials separately as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering including mixing the materials by using concrete mixture, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials excluding GST, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface, shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious material, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering including mixing the materials by using concrete mixture, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials excluding GST with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and removing rigid and smooth centring and shuttering for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding of steel reinforcement of different diameters and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including, cost, conveyance, royalties and other taxes of M.S. Rods, binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge including providing concrete chairs, dowel bars, lapping wherever necessary with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work excluding GST etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons & revetments to all heights & thickness using RR stones of size 30cm & above of approved quality free from weathered skin surface including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging & hammering to proper slope and level with cost conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials excluding GST with all labour & T & P materials required for this items complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (1/6th. volume will be deducted towards voids).

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all leads, lifts & delifts including making arrangement for carriage of water and with cost conveyance of all materials, labour required for the works including watering and ramming etc. complete and including supply of labour and T & P required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in hard or gravely soil with all leads and lifts, to proper slope and profile as per the requirement including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm in layers not exceeding 0.30M in depth to proper slope and profile with supply of all labour and tools and plants, all materials all taxes & supervision charges to complete the item of work as per design drawing and specification as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level section)

Providing weap holes 100mm dia in AC Pipes extending through full width of plain/ rainforcement concrete abutment,return with 1v 20H including metal spall backing in rear complete including cost of all materials, labour, shuttering and centring if required excluding GST etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
